I started having issues with my Powerbeats 2 wireless headphones that I purchased 3 weeks ago. I tried troubleshooting and it didn’t work. I came in the store instead of getting an appointment(BIGMISTAKE) online first. I was given a time of within the hour of when I would be seen. I received a text 30 minutes later saying to head back to the store because they were almost ready to see me. After sitting in the store for an hour I asked how much longer it would be. I was then told that I was booked under a «Mac issue» and not a «beats issue», so I still needed to wait another 30 minutes. After voicing my displeasure I was seen in 10 min. After a short conversation I was told that they would have to send my headphones away to beats to have them fixed and it would be at least«3 – 5 business days». I think it’s a bit ridiculous that I’ve had these headphones that I paid $ 200 for less than 3 weeks and Apple has to send away for repairs. Just replace the headphones and step up your repair service. If you’re going to sell an item as your own, FIXIT! Dissatisfied with the customer service as well as the product!

Very disappointed in my visit to this store! Walked in and asked for assistance with an upgrade to my device. I ended up having to call apple myself because the serial number did not appear in their system. After that was corrected ended up going back to them and to hear the manager say that even though was up to them to do it, it was her option not to process the upgrade. Ended up having to call apple one more time while I was at the store and still didn’t get any assistance with this.
