Big G’s House of Ink

I am very happy with my work from house of ink. I am pleased with all of the artist there. I get treated very well there. I highly recommend BIG G’s house of ink Atlantic City. The artist are very talented. Owner on premises, very satisfied! I will go there again. Chay, joe, Javier, JR, Jules are awesome!

Attentive, friendly, knowledgable staff. I recommend seeing Load from Philly. His work is solid quality and he’s fast. I have 3 large pieces from him. Def will recommend to my family and friends.

This shop gave my friend and I two very different and conflicting experiences. However, for review purposes, I am writing purely based on my experience. A friend and I stumbled into this shop very late one night after having some liquid courage. It wasn’t a total spur of the moment, but pretty spontaneous. We were greeted with smiles and were made to feel very at home. We each had very simple designs in mind, so after explaining the ideas we were set to get started. My artist, Javier, was kind, professional and very knowledgable, he followed every sanitary protocol. He drew my design, had some suggestions that we ended up sticking with and was very patient with me as I squirmed in the chair in fear of the needle. He even went out of his way to supply me with some A&D for the roadtrip home, which I thought was very generous. Nonetheless, I had a seamingly perfect experience.
My friend on the other hand, did not. I do not recall her artist’s name, however I do know he is an older gentleman that is in the second room/​chair. He did not follow any sanitary protocols! N O N E. He didn’t even tape her up when she was done. Ridiculous. And to top it off, he managed to mess up her very simple design. A small cross on her finger. Two lines. Two. they came out like squiggles and had various thickness. She was very dissatisfied, so we went back and Javier (my artist) was kind enough to fix it up for her free of charge. I’d say request Javier, he’ll take care of you!

My boyfriend and I walked in with images of what we wanted. Joe did my tattoo, he was very detailed. Took a lot longer than I hoped for but came out better than I hoped. Joe is really good and had good conversation. I only give 4 stars due to the surrounding artist being loud and distracting. Joe is awesome!!! Thanks.

Don’t ever go here. Ever. Don’t ever get Jaimie to pierce you. She dropped things on the floor and picked it up without changing her gloves. She had to re pierce my traigus twice because she dropped the ball twice and lost the connection. She blamed my friends and said they’re making her nervous. She was an idiot.
