With the noodle place at Ballys not yet open, we stopped here for a quick lunch. It’s pretty much what you’d expect to see for an Asian restaurant in a casino, but I did like the little plants on all of the tables. The staff was fast and friendly. Our food came out quickly. We got vermicelli, beef phở, and a dumpling appetizer. Seven bucks for four dumplings is ridiculous even for a casino. I wouldn’t go for that again. The Phở was good, but could have had bigger flavor and more spice. The vermicelli was good. They avoided over cooking it and making it dry. Adding chili sauce improved it more so. Overall it’s worth a go if you’re in a moderate rush.

Great food great experience. Staff was great. Ordered the Vietnamese PHO soup with beef , seafood noodle soup, imperial shrimp walnut app, vegetarian lettuce wraps ‚ Everything was served quickly and portions were big and food was fresh and I can’t wait to go back’!! Also has spiced Pear mojitos !! Light n refreshing If I had to say anything negative, the turn over is rather fast in there and felt a little rushed. But that is my feeling. Still was worth it 100%

Service was excellent. The vegetarian lettuce wrap was perfect. Savory, crispy, and full of complex flavor. There are other vegan option on the menu as well.

The service was surprisingly good here. They were attentive with no attitude or dirty looks like you would normally get at any other Chinese restaurant. Sadly the food was just a tad below average. I found everything to be super bland. The roasted duck had a lot of fat on it and it didn’t look roasted, it looked like it was somewhat fried.

A snowy spring day is made cheerier with a visit to this restaurant steps from the boardwalk. While upscale, the clientele is casual until evening. I enjoy sitting in the back more than at the lip of the kitchen or the massive communal table. This is a splurge and hardly a value. Casinos offer little of value. But you do get exactly what you pay for, and the casino’s player card cuts some prices. The convenience factor is also a consideration. Yang Chow fried rice was tasty and a generous portion. The jasmine rice was slightly oily, as such a dish requires. Vegetables are fresh and stir-fried. Chicken, barbecue pork and shrimp with egg are in this catch all creation. The teapot is enough for four hot cups. I stopped by last year for Vietnamese coffee chocolate cake, very good but also a bit steep. The décor and ambiance is serene. I enjoyed the bright beads on the wall patterned into a fun design, and the Asian lettered wall paper on the far wall. The wait staff will take all cards and coupons upon ordering, and the host’s boilerplate greeting quizzes diners about their use. This well oiled machine is quite well versed in the promotion system driven by its casino partner. A table game win will cover most of the bill. Pick your poison, then walk over to feast on the menu.

The only place to eat late in Ceasars! Serve many authentic Chinese food. I tried their big short ribs that serve with kimchi and the half roasted duck. The wall is stashed with decorated chop stick that make them so unique. Cheap place to eat $ 20 – 30 per person. Wait staff are very friendly.

Amazing! Me and my husband love noodle bars, and the ones at Bally’s and Caesars never disappoint! We came with two other friends this time and everyone enjoyed their food. The lady at the front was very nice and attentive, making sure we were all taken care of before getting to our seats. Our wait was maybe 3 minutes, tops. And only because I had a voucher that needed to be redeemed. The staff is more than friendly, and constantly make sure you’re okay and don’t need anything else. The food is so good! We ordered the lettuce wraps, steamed dumplings, and rocket rolls for appetizers. So good! Their lettuce rolls are better than any I’ve had! We all ordered different meals, but everyone was overly satisfied! I honestly can’t say enough good about this place, and we can’t wait to get back there to eat again.

Delicious two nights in a row. We ordered from the dinner for two menu for $ 55 and I recommend everything we ordered(except the strange mango dessert) especially if you like spicy: Miso soup, hot and sour soup, steamed pork dumplings, pork egg rolls, general tso chicken, and kung pao chicken. We even ordered a side of noodles with vegetables and shiitake mushrooms and we cleaned our plates. On our second visit we reordered the pork dumplings, trying them fried this time(I usually like the fried dumplings better, but actually the steamed ones had better flavor) and we reordered the pork egg rolls that came with a wonderfully bright citrus dipping sauce. We also shared the wor wanton noodle bowl. This noodle bowl is a signature dish there, and with good reason. It is a large meal for one and better shared between two. The bowl is filled with raemen noodles, hand made wantons, pork, shrimp, chicken, and veggies. They served it with a ladle and two small bowls. We asked for chili paste to add to it and this bowl is making my mouth water, even now.

Good choice of Chinese food in AC if you’re craving it. Great customer service, our waiter was very friendly and attentive. I love the lobster fried rice & the chicken chow fun here, also the lobster ginger/scallions were delicious also! Yes, it’s overpriced here, but most restaurants in AC are. See you next time!

NOWHERE do they tell you that you must be 21 to eat at this noodle house. Oh wait, there IS a sign as you walk up the 3 steps to enter. It’s right by the main doors of the boardwalk. We spent our money elsewhere to feed our teenagers.

I go to AC to sample the restaurants and revisit my favorite ones. This place is «a must» each time we visit AC. They have authentic Chinese/Korean food. My absolute must have is the seafood congee, which is a pureed rice soup with shrimp, scallops, ginger strips, and scallions… Yummy! Not everyone can make this dish right, but KWI has not disappointed me yet. Each time we order, they ask to make sure we know what congee is. Apparently some have ordered not knowing and didn’t like it or sent it back. I come with an experienced authentic Chinese food palate. Now, our favorite waiter,“Bey”, knows us well enough to not have to ask if we know what we’re ordering. We also always order the Sauteed Chinese broccoli in oyster sauce, which is fresh, crispy, and tasty. The hubby must have their version of the XO rice, which is also good. The food comes out in a snap. So, be prepared! The wait time for tables varies, depending on the night, weekends being the busiest, but they are open until 2am on Saturday. On our last visit, we had family visiting from Georgia. We all thoroughly enjoyed the food, service, and good conversation with the cute older couple at the table next to us. KWI does it every time — I love this place!

I’ll be honest, I was pretty drunk when I stumbled in here with my family the night we went. Yet, even though I was plastered, I remembered to check in on Unilocal!(It’s programmed into me now.) But from what I remember, the phở was amazingly delicious. Also, everything else they ordered was on point. Maybe it was the liquor talking but from what I remember, I kept scarfing everything up right away even before the waitress could put it on the table. The service seemed prompt also.(If I’m remembering this correctly.) My mom and dad seem to love this spot so it can’t be that bad since they regularly come here and being Asian, they can be picky about other people making Asian food. I’d definitely gladly drunkenly stumble back into here to help soak up all the booze in my stomach.

Worst service, I have ever had. My sister and I was hungry after some gambling around 9pm Saturday. Got a seat with a view of the kitchen. Waiter came by and served us tea and after that, we have not seen him for the next half hour. I’m not even joking. My sister said why not just get a random waiter and put our order in. That waitress refused a bit and went off. I felt she asked our waiter to take our order. Guess she got a reply telling her to help him take it. She came back and took our order.(Everything was fine at this minor service problems) Sat there with my sister and talked. Chefs in the kitchen talking in ours Asian language(a form of Cantonese). Listening how one customer didn’t want salt or something on there fish. Chef tells his worker to wash the cooked plate in the sink. Not making a new one but just washing the old plate and steam it again.(If any workers there reading this and wants to verify that, go check your cameras) Hearing a few times of the head chef saying it’s not correct plates.(Believe talking about the Congee) So best part of my service now. Been sitting there drinking tea and chatting with my sister. We were tired of waiting, so I told my sister don’t get piss yet. Just find a customer that just got seated and see if they get there food first. If I remembered it correctly. There was two or three customers getting seated on our left hand side and a single customer(old lady) seated on the corner of this table of this whole windowless kitchen. Do remember it’s been 15 or 20 mins that has passed. So we waited. Our waiter ends up coming to us saying«ohh we got large table, orders getting backed up». As a kind person that might have been true. So we waited.(For our Singapore noodles without shrimp and dumplings). Sitting there hungry and tired. Chatting and Listening to the chefs talking about something wrong with what looks like our Singapore noodles. Did something to it and went out. Our waiter walks up to us with that plate, drops it on our table and walks away. Hearing up to now. I would be fine still with the place. I was hungry but there was a problem with the plate. This Singapore noodles had no curry. Waiter running up to our table and say«this plate was mistake, not yours». My blood starts boiling hearing that. Now he takes the plate and gives it to that old lady in the corner of our table. That got here half hour to about 45 mins after us. My sister and I was now angry. Just stood up and left. Our waiter had the guts to say why you leaving.

THEE best noodle dish I’ve had in a very long time! Had the chicken, egg noodles, and garlic with hot peppers! Left feeling full but not sluggish. Nice and light. Service was great. Price was great(came for lunch). My husband had the fried rice with beef & kimchee(sorry can’t spell it). He found his meal a tad on the greasy side but tasty.

On Friday night my group of six had a quick bite to eat at Kwi. I left satisfied but not blown away. Arriving to Atlantic City a little late, my husband and I were the last to join our group. We had limited time before heading to the AC Beerfest so our friends had already placed their orders. The staff quickly brought us menus and took our order. Although our food came later than the rest of our group, I thought they did a pretty good job of making sure we were served in a timely manner. Our water glasses were full at all times. My husband and I split the pork dumplings and an order of sesame chicken. The pork dumpling appetizer came with four dumplings that were neither huge nor incredibly flavorful. The shell of the dumpling was a little on the thin side. Dunked in sauce, it was a-okay. The sauce of the sesame chicken on the other hand was really tasty. It was a great combo of sweet and sour. The steamed broccoli looked and tasted fresh, and there were no complaints on the steamed white rice. Some pieces of chicken were a little tough though which took away from the great sauce. Everything was fine and I would return under the right circumstances, but I probably won’t be rushing back.

I can’t believe I’m giving what was one of my favorite places, only three stars but unfortunately, it only deserves three stars. :(I had planned a special weekend in AC with my sister and BIL and had been saving comps to treat them and my BF to a beautiful meal at Kwi. About 9 months ago, I went there with my Mom, sister and niece and we had a wonderful experience. I got the Shrimp Pad Thai, which has always been delicious at Kwi but this time it was not. It was bland and greasy and the shrimp was kind of rubbery. Luckily, my sister got the Lobster Fried Rice for us to share and that was light and tasty. It could have used a little more flavor but it was the best dish we had. My BF got some sort of sea bass dish, which he thought was just okay. My BIL got Pork Lo Mein which was also just okay. My sister and BIL started with chicken wraps which they liked. Kwi is expensive, which I wouldn’t mind if it served above average food, but never again will I take a chance with guests. It’s very rare that my non-gambling loved ones go to AC with me and the fact that my treat wasn’t really a treat was really disappointing.

Now the last time I was in here I was a drunken mess after the Winter Break«Elite» Party. I kinda had an idea I grabbed something from here, but seeing I had no recollection of anything I was curious. The fact that I even had the faintest idea of some kind consumption went on, plus $ 75.00 charge to my card I received. … I had to go back.(Sober) As I was enjoying my Spiced Pear Mojito, I decided to get an app to start things off. I went with the Chef’s Rockets. These little guys were pretty good, we’ll anything wrapped in bacon is going to be good. Crispy fried scallions and bacon that was wrapped around shrimp. Pretty damn good for $ 10.00, that also came with a dipping sauce for you to peruse. My main dish I went with a Salt and Pepper pork chops dish. This was a house special, which come complimentary white rice. Lightly fried pieces of pork with chili peppers and onions surrounded this dish. The pork simply melted in your mouth with every bite, a blissful satisfaction. Yes nothing can top that perfect bite after bite, then all hell broke loose with the chili peppers chiming in. Boneless pork chops for $ 22.00 a pretty solid bet you’ll enjoy this dish as I did. Service was fast, the wait staff was courteous, making sure everything was OK. I had a great conversation with the manager Miss Nancy informing her I was here before, but a little inebriated. I also found out what I ordered, seeing they could check thru my comp card. Apparently I ordered a 2 and half lb lobster with the comps on my card it knocked down to the 75 dollar charge. Go me, loving and living the high life lol.(Damn you Jim Beam with your assortment of delicious shots) Again great staff and personnel, good menu to peruse. In and out feeling satisfied, I’d go back again.

Ahhh the«noodle bar». Very overpriced but so worth it as you can’t get New York’s Chinatown wonton noodle soup anywhere else if you’re staying at Caesar’s. Love the décor as it’s very Asian inspired with wooden chairs and neutral wall titling. We started with the Cantonese fried pork dumplings which was tasty(but how can anything fried not be tasty?). I also opt’d for the«wor wonton» which came with shrimp, chicken sliced bbq pork, 2 stalks of greens and of course — wontons. Hit the spot. My belle got the mandarin beef stew noodles thou I’m assuming she liked it because she didn’t say one word to me while inhaling the dish. I even have a photo of that but won’t be posting as I’d like to keep my fingers for the duration of. lets say. my life. Expensive for what you get but if you’re a high roller, you can get it free with your comp points. It also closes by 11pm which is wayyyy too early!
