Great bar, knowledgeable bartenders, especially Adam, very enjoyable. A great place to hang

While it’s just a hotel bar, it is pretty well thought out. Located on 2nd floor, which is technically a mezzanine, it gives you nice view of open double-light ceiling and grand staircase. Bar set as horse-shoe shape, so there is plenty of space and lots of seats. It’s pretty good place to meet friends for few drinks before heading for night on the town. Bartenders are hardworking and know their drinks, snacks are available, and there is a TV screen if you want to catch up on your sports — what more can you ask for? Yea, I like it here.

I stayed at the Sheraton this past weekend and we decided to stop at the Shoe Bar for a nightcap after an awful bar experience at another location. Our drinks were good enough, mixed well, and our bartender was nice enough to us. The only downfall here is that when he wasn’t serving anyone, he would very frequently roll his eyes at things the guests were saying. They are your customers, you don’t have to be enchanted by them, but don’t draw attention to the fact that you are put off by them completely — obviously if we noticed it, other guests could have too.

Was staying in the Sheraton Hotel and stopped by this bar located on the second floor of the hotel. The hotel has multiple exhibits of dresses of Miss America contest. The bar has displays of shoes… Boring small bar, boring beer selection, boring crowd. We were gone after the first round.

The Shoe Bar is located on the second floor of the Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel. It’s called«The Shoe Bar» because they have an exhibit built into the walls of «shoes» worn by participants in the Miss America Pageant — when it used to be hosted in Atlantic City. Of course the Pageant has since moved on from Atlantic City. No beers on tap at this bar. And no local bottled craft beers. Just the boring bottled beer selection that most bars carry. Plus all of the normal booze. Had a dirty vodka martini with Ketel one. Was a decent martini. And expensive.
