Excellent coffee roasters, and it’s so great be able to have a place like this local to the northern Monmouth County area. I’ve tried 4 roast varieties so far, loved them all (favorite: Greg’s Blend”, and can’t wait to try more.

Spectacular coffee. While they sell it at Whole Foods and local farmers’ markets, it’s worth the trip to the Atlantic Highlands location. Though be sure to check their hours before heading over. Lots of choices… my favorite is Greg’s Blend — consistently smooth, easy drinking coffee with enough body that keeps you wanting more.

I love the Nicaragua, while my husband likes Full Moon, Greg’s Blend, and Ethiopian…

A coffee lovers’ must go place! The smell is heavenly here! and all their coffee are organic! Tried Mocha Java (medium roast), Kenya (medium roast) and Honduras (decaf), they were all delicious, each of them has their own unique fragrance and flavor. Purchased bags to take home, will definitely be back for more!

Incredibly good coffee beans. The friendly duo in the shop directed us to the beans that fit our palate exactly. Definitely worth a visit for a cup and friendly chat, and be prepared to drink a lot more coffee — it’s that good.

Best espresso beans in the world… and I’m not exaggerating about that. I love espresso… I love making it… I’ve traveled all over the world for work. And I’ve not found a better blend for espresso. FULL MOON. provides the perfect crema with a semi sweet chocolate tasting espresso with hint of cherry.

I was in search of something refreshing and caffeinated this morning, and I’m so glad I found this place! There’s not much in the way of seating, I think their focus is much more on roasting than being a «coffee shop”– which is fine by me because they seem to be doing a great job! The people working were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I just got an iced coffee and was surprised to see it served from a nitro tap! I’ve never seen coffee served this way before so I was quite impressed. It gives the coffee a unique (and enjoyable) flavor. I will definitely be back in here to try more.

Consider yourself a coffee expert? Do you use a burr grinder and a french press to serve your coffee? Does the idea of flavored coffee disgust you? Are you the type that is appalled by people who keep their beans ‘fresh’ by freezing their beans? Then make your way over here. The owners, Greg and Barb, really know their beans. They roast organic, free trade beans from around the world on site in small batches. We are blessed to have their collective knowledge in town. Prepared to be schooled.

One of our best discoveries of 2013. Their Full Moon is now our absolute favorite coffee. You can’t beat freshly roasted coffee, the smell alone is a treat. You also get the inside story of the all coffees journey to your cup. Greg and Barbara know coffee and they clearly love what they are doing.

This was definitely the best coffee I’ve ever tasted. Each blend is smooth and unique and tastes delicious. I always find myself five cups of coffee in and still unable to stop! They have great customer service, as well and are always genuine and thoughtful. Try some — you’ll be hooked instantly.

I am a total coffee snob. I have had coffee in Columbia so I know what is great coffee. This company truly roasts the finest coffee I have tasted in this country. I can not recommend this coffee enough. I encourage you visit them at the Red Bank Farmers market. I have two popular roasters very close to my home but Fair Mountain is the only coffee will drink! Try it you’ll love it!!!
