I love this place! I have been a client of Sheryl’s for many years, since it opened and have always had the best of service and the friendliest people. Sheryl is amazing, she creates a new me every time she does my hair, Patty is incredible, Ashley and everyone else there are so sweet and fun to chat with, and watching them work is amazing, they are all so talented have such good synergy with each other. If you want to look your best this is the place to go.

I’ve been going here for years and the girls are great. Very nice and always do their best to accommodate me. It’s a beautiful salon, but doesn’t have that«stuck-up» feeling which I hate. I see ashley for color, but have been with everyone else for wash and blowouts or waxing. It’s honestly a joy to go there, I consider it my therapy! Love divinity!

We went to Patti for hair color and a cut. Pleasant woman but on the third visit she used some product that colored my daughter’s hair to a brassy orange. She said to buy some product to counteract the brassiness… I don’t know why she completely changed her protocol on coloring my daughter’s hair from subtle to cheesy with out consent. There prices are extremely high and also allover the place. The first time we went to Patti it cost $ 200.00 for a color and trim. They want you to come in frequently and book upon leaving, every 6 weeks. I felt at first she was professional and now, with months of brassy orange to grow out I caution future customers that we experienced exorbitant prices and unpredictable coloring procedures.

I get my hair done here and I love Ashley. My color is always what I ask it to be and they do a great job straigtening my EXTREMELY curly hair. I have never had any of the other services done but I definently reccommend it for Hair. They are VERY clean.

I was so surprised to see poor reviews. I went here for a facial with Judy? I think her name was and she was excellent. She was very friendly, professional, and explained everything she was doing to my face and why. She diagnosed my skin as extremely dehydrated and recommended products for it that they actually didn’t have available at the salon, so I know she wasnt just trying to sell me something. I loved her facial and my skin looked amazing afterwards I was so impressed. usually i get facials with coupon sties but this i paid full price for aroind $ 70 and it was so worth it. She definitley knows what she is doing and I highly reccomend her facial to anyone!

My review isn’t going to be as scathing as Alison’s, and I will not tell you not to go here, but I have certainly had better experiences. I also had the Groupon for a mani-pedi, and what I got wasn’t quite worth the price. I’ll start with the positives: — Soothing décor evoking a spa atmosphere — Clean — all of the tools were sanitized in between customers — True spa experience(although I’ll admit I had trouble relaxing because I read the review before going, so I think I was just waiting for the ball to drop) — my mani-pedi took about 2 hours, so be prepared. — All OPI polishes — Lauren jumped in to do my nails with my original technician didn’t show up and she was knowledgeable — Great exfoliating and moisturizing products — Friendly service Now for the bad: — Due to my original technician not showing up, I waited almost a half hour after my appointment time — Pedicure massage chair was broken — Polishes were separated and not well replenished — My polish didn’t come out so well — uneven coverage, messy and chipped after a day or two — Color I selected for my nails was almost gone, but she continued using it anyway, and it turned out horribly — bubbly, gloppy, took forever to dry, etc. I would have preferred she suggested a different color rather than scraping the bottom of the bottle — Manual drying, no UV or fans, so I was there an extra 30 minutes waiting for my nails to dry I don’t think I will be going back for a mani-pedi, but I might try their other services(massage, facial, hair) as everyone there seems well-trained and friendly. The prices are not inexpensive, however, and they do not accept tips on credit cards, so have some cash handy.

DONOT, I REPEATDONOTGOHEREFOR A MANI/PEDI!!! My mom and I bought a groupon for mani/pedi and it was by far the worst mani/pedi I’ve ever had. The setup is very weird, half the nail poilsh is in one place and half is right next to the pedicure chair, so if someones getting a pedicure already you are basically in their lap to look at the rest of the nail poilshes. They don’t have many updated colors or choices for reg. or shellac manicures. The woman who cleaned my cuticles cut one, and when i flinched from her cutting my cuticle she asked«oh is that spot sensitive?» I replied«Yes it’s sensitive cause you just cut it!!!» The nail tech could not stay in the lines when painting and had to use nail polish remover to clean up all her mistakes, I felt like a 5 yr old was painting my nails, in fact a 5 yr old could have prob stayed in the lines better! I could go on and on, but needless to say I will never return here again!!!
