Personally I find the values of this Grocery Store’s sales to be helpful in saving money on a regular basis. Having just moved to Atwater, California in July 2013 I found all the staff to be courteous and helpful even when the store is busy.

I shop regularly at this store. Though the store is not fancy and in a questionable neighborhood, I have never had any problems. The prices are the best in the area. The produce is fresh and their prices are good. They accept Visa.

Great prices and if you’re a local, look in your mail on Wednesday’s for their flyer, Always a great deal.
Great meat prices, and on pretty everything else. The isles are pretty tight, the checkouts are crowded, and the service is lousy. The building shows its age (1960s) and parking lot is tight and cramped and frequently dirty.
I would give more stars if service was better, but it seems like everyone there is on a personal mission and unwilling to stop and help. Until you check out your pretty much on your own. But the prices are low enough to help you forget the poor service

I agree with Thomas S, this place is kinda scary looking since it’s located in the more ghetto areas of Atwater (not trying to offend anyone). However, this place has some amazing deals like rib-​eye steak for 3 bucks! I usually go to Save-​Mart but I cant help coming for some of the great sales. The customer service is not as great, the owners and workers don’t seem to know what smiling even is.

No reviews for R-​N yet? Sure there is a disclaimer in the parking lot stating they are not responsible if someone breaks into your car. Sure they keep the milk right next to 40 ounce bottles of King Cobra. But R-​N Market is an Atwater institution that has somehow managed to survive after all these years.
