380 is in desperate need of good restaurants, but this isnt it… consider this a bar… their food is worse than frozen food you’d cook at home. Tough chicken fried steak, bad burgers, soft fries. Their fried apps aren’t bad, if you’re in there for drinks. They changed their name not long ago from Varsity Roadhouse to 380 grill, but we saw pretty much the same people in there and the menu didn’t change that we could see. We’ve tried this place a few times and got tired of leaving disappointed…

They have good junk food appetizers such as their nachos(topped with queso and steak, yum!), cheese fries & Louie-Style wings –which are the best wings I’ve ever had! Outside of that, everything else I’ve tried is bland, tasting like it came from a school cafeteria at best. The food and drinks are definitely overpriced, they need better beer specials and the service is often slow. For what you’re paying, there are better options out there. What keeps us going when we do is the convenience of the location.

Dip Shit bar and grill should be the name of this restaurant. Terrible food and terrible Service. Don’t order the wings.

NEVERAGAIN! Came in at 8 pm, it took the waitress 10 minutes to even acknowledge us. The husband ordered the 3-meat plate, oh, changing menu you can have brisket, sausage or pulled pork but not what’s on the menu. The potato skins were little shells with a tad of cheese and a pinch of bacon — $ 8.95. Suppose to be known for their wings, they were tasteless. They have the opportunity to be the neighborhood hang-out, unfortunately not if they don’t change.

I thought i would give 380 bar another chance but as usual they are completely incompetent! It was a good friday night crowd but the bar service is horrible. Im not sure why the bartender has to try to serve the bar customers AND the seating section outside of the bar area. So along with horrible food the bartender has no personality and can not keep drinks full or flowing like they should. And when she finally did notice my beer was empty, it was at least 5 minutes before i got a refill, and thats being conservative. My friends had the same problem also. It is almost always necessary to order 2 drinks at the same time or you will sit with an empty glass for quite a long time. I wont waste any more time or money with this place! I will for sure be trying out the next place because 380 bar and grill will not last!

I would like to get a hold of the lease on this place to see if it requires the same chef be used regardless of ownership. No matter what the name the food remains totally bland and generally crappy. Now 380 Bar and Grill, no better food, atmosphere or staff than any previous iteration. Went about a week ago with my brother who was in town. He had the pulled the pork, I had the fish and chips. He said the pulled pork may have been pulled from a strap of shoe leather. My fish was fairly underdone and the batter had less flavor than a sheet of copy paper. Worth noting on the fish and chips — the menu describes them as «Fish and Chips with french fries». Whaaaaaat. That’s crazy. Had a take out order of mashed potatoes and wish I hadn’t. A bit of an odd flavor and for something like $ 1.80 you get a 6oz container. Be wiser with your money and head down to Golden Chick for larger portion at that price. So I’ll wait for it to change names again and give it another go. Not at all optimistic it will be any better.

I’ve been in this area for most two years and had almost given up on this place. Tried it last week for drinks Thursday night, and man I’m glad! The place is under new management and they have a great new bartender named Cheryl. She rocks the bar! Ask for the Raspberry Daiquiri if you like girlie drinks. We returned the next night for karaōke. It was fun… bar tabs were low. Which is always a good thing in my book! Returned for dinner this week. The wings about broke my teeth, but they were tasty and the fries were perfectly cooked.

TOP of the line for a beer and wings! Very casual setting, good people working hard. New owners constantly trying new things to earn customers business. I love the wings! Proud to call it my corner bar!

Only been here two times. Both times were nice. This is a quiet, friendly family type place with good food. I tried the boneless wings with«Luis» sauce. Just the right amount of spice. My wife had a half rack of ribs and it was bigger than many full racks I’ve seen. All was really great. Will be back for more.

Luis style wing sauce is the bomb! Loaded fries is great and club salad is really good too. They recently changed owners and my husband and I really enjoy the location and food.

Great food. Normally they would have received a 4 star, but we had to listen to 35 minutes sound checks from the band member prepping for live music later on in the night.

They ran out of boneless wings when we were there, although thats what they advertise in their title(wings) and it took the staff ten minutes to even notice we were there even though the place was pretty empty. Prairie house down the road is better imo.

Upon a recent visit to the Varsity Roadhouse, the selection seems to have reduced and it’s again got the sports bar burger/wings/pizza feel. It was previously a place that I would have taken my kids back to, but not anymore. Sad to see that the Roadhouse may have reverted back to the previously bad reviews.

Tasteless hamburger with no seasoning and when I ordered boneless wings I got chicken McNuggets. Very disappointing. They took the McNuggets back and gave me six regular wings but charged me the full price on the first ticket. Never again.

It would be nice if our server in the bar actually knew what beer selection was. I had to go look for myself and the beer she said they didn’t have was in full view. All draft beer is typical BIG beer and no local support!

Visited for the first time. It was a Saturday night at 8pm. Place was empty. Sign said seat yourself. We sat and 8 minutes later were trying to find someone who worked there. The trip was a disaster. Poor service. Poor food. I am actually upset for the first time on Unilocal that I have to give a one star. Please save your money and time. The Sonic a few blocks down is a better choice overall.

My husband and I moved just a month ago to the area and we stopped by and eat after a long day moving all our stuff. We had chicken wings and we LOVED them, especially the Louise special! They had an amazing taste and very well cooked. We returned today and food was great again. The service was wonderful. I will definitely come back!!!
