Applebee’s

Service and food were mediocre. I have had better experiences at other Applebee’s. My brother-​in-​law and I went there to catch the game while our ladies were having a party back at my house. Wasn’t the greatest.

Sadly, we came here for lunch on Mother’s Day bc we figured it might not be as busy as some of the other places. The Parking lot was pretty open so upon entering we noticed there was nobody in line except for one couple ahead of us. We were asked to wait for 20 mins as they were short staffed. Okay, no biggie.
I should have known better than to order a steak at place like this but it was Mother’s day and I wanted something yummy. My second clue that it wasn’t going to be good was when I noticed the waitress didn’t ask me how I wanted my steak cooked. I ordered the steak and shrimp Parmesan special and in the picture it looks like a steak covered in yummy goodness. Definitely NOT what I got. I got a burnt steak with nothing on top. The waitress did bring me the shrimp in the sauce a little later.
We had to send back my sons pizza as the cheesy was moldy and smelled horrible. My husband took a bite and immediately spit it out.
sigh.
needless to say we will not be back.

The food at this location surprised me. I recall not liking Applebee’s food in the past.
I had the ribs, they were good, the fries were okay. I had some mixed drink, I wish I could remember what it was. It was blue. It was so delicious.
Service was fast and friendly and we were promptly seated and had our orders taken.
They have the tables that you can pay on, it makes it easy not having to wait for them to come back with you card.

Ordered a 2 for 20 meal and received the 7oz sirloin steak that was in the worse cooking condition possible. What was suppose to be served medium well ended up being pink and bloody on the inside. When I called to speak to the manager on duty he acted as if he didn’t care. He tried to tell me that if I dont eat the steak as soon as I receive it then it would become disformed and pink on the inside. In all my years that was completely a first. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone until their customer service improves and the manager is replaced.

I came here to eat with a couple of people last week on a Monday. As we walked in, we weren’t greeted at all, he was a dull white male. You can obviously tell he was annoyed. Did not smile or say much besides «how many will it be?». As he took us to a booth we all sat down and he threw the menus on the tables and walked off. We were all in shocked on how bad this all started in less than a minute. We waited for maybe 10 minutes for our server to come and we personally didn’t like where we were seating at. So we went ahead and moved ourselves to another table. Once our server came she was somewhat polite. Once we got our drinks, placed our order in and I had thought I ordered a steak which I told her that’s what I wanted, she even asked how did I want my steak cooked. It took awhile than what I expected to take for my food to come out since I wanted medium. Once the food came out it was not what I ordered and I told her not to worry about it that I will eat it. As I am eating my meal, I saw the same host taking customers to their tables and he was telling them that the server will be with them shortly and to enjoy. I couldn’t believe the fact how rude he was to us and was very different towards us. The service was not so great and other employees just sucked. I will not come back here. Sadly, it was my first time coming to Applebee’s and my expectations were disappointed.

This location has consistently very poor service. The food has been okay each time, but the service has been lacking. They need to train their employees properly but I guess they don’t feel that is important. After last night’s visit, we won’t be back again. My husband had ordered steak cooked medium and I had ordered Lemon Chicken. I got my dish which was correct, however, the plate they put in front of my husband was the complete wrong order– it was some sort of chicken dish-​not the steak which he had ordered. The manager came over to apologize and said the waiter keyed in the wrong order but other than that made no offer to take off the meal from our bill. So we ate in shifts, paid the bill and will not be back. They probably need to train their management too.

My husband & I love this place. The food is always fresh, the place is clean and we ALWAYS get excellent customer service. Keep ip the good work!

I went to Applebee’s Thursday night and was sooo disappointed. My dad and I ordered steak; I asked for medium and he asked for medium rare. The slow waitress finally brought our food out and my dad’s steak was well done and tasteless. My steak was lukewarm and no fixings for the potatoes. My dad’s steak was sent back and came back-​tasteless (even the dog was not too pleased) Wait staff was who knows where. I got up and asked another staff person for assistance.
If this wasn’t the second time we had been to this
Applebee’s with the same kind of service and food, I would think they were just having an off night. Last time I was with my family, my brother didn’t get his meal until everyone else was finished.
My conclusion is that this is just a watering hole, and that’s why the service and food is so bad. Not like any other Applebee’s. Don’t go unless all you want is drinks!

This location can be hit or miss. Sometimes you can get your drinks very quickly and sometimes not so much. The 2 for $ 20 deal that they normally have running is what seems to bring in the majority of diners. I recently ordered the appetizer special where you picked out 4 to 6 items. Our bill was close to $ 35 for 5 mini appetizers and 2 waters. Not much of a special if you ask me.
The food has improved over the years and sometimes you get a large portion and sometimes a small. Like I said, it can be hit or miss. The waitresses are very friendly but are usually on their phone or talking to their co-​workers instead of paying attention to their tables.
Lunch is the most attentive time at this Applebee’s location. They have a great selection of meal deals that for a lunch portion is very appropriate.

This review is long overdue by about a month. I visited this location with a co-​worker for lunch. Monai (sp?), our server, was great! She was prompt and courteous! The brisket nachos were very good! I am not a fan of Applebee’s, however there improvements are making a difference. Will visit again.

We just left this restaurant and I was extremely disappointed. First of all, they were not crowded in the least and it took our waitress at least 10 minutes to get our drink order. I ordered unsweet tea and was brought sweet tea when she brought my refill back it was a flavored tea instead of the unsweet tea. The hostess at the front did not even acknowledges as we left just stood there with her head down as if to ignore us. I don’t think we will be going back here anytime soon. Not a good experience. And that saddens us that a local restaurant is no longer on our list of places to eat.

Im not an Applebee’s fan.
The food taste like frozen food. They are trying to improve.
If you’ve been out drinking and you want something to eat that stays open until 2 am. You can get half price appetizers. Thats the plus.
The half drink are half alcohol.

Worst server EVER… worst food EVER! Our server was not personable and was s… l…o…w :(
We had visited this location twice before and it was fine. Tonight the restaurant was hot, like they didn’t want to turn the AC up and it was disgusting and dirty. The carpets need to be replaced or at least cleaned, geez.

Good start at the hostess stand. Seated and drinks. Then our order was taken. THE PLACE WAS PRETTY EMPTY, that shouldve neen a sign on a Sat night… that something was wrong. With the place not being busy chip appitizer took awhile. Then 40 min later we’re asking about entrees and were told the «grill had been shut down for cleaning since they weren’t busy (on a Sat night @ 8?) And they had to turn it back on to make our food» WTF? That takes 40 min? All the mean time servers are taking selfies, singing to songs, and just standing around talking. The manager was terrible, really could care less about us not getting our food. We left. What a waste. Went to Panda Express. WAY BETTER EXPERIENCE at Panda Express!

I don’t know why my husband and I keep going back to this Applebee’s. Every time we get food from here it seems to get worse and worse. Today’s our order was an oriental with very brown lettuce (posted a photo of it also), my friends steak entrée was well done when he asked for medium rare, and my husband’s wrap also had brown lettuce. I think this was their last chance. I’m tired of being disappointed time after time.

What you would expect as far as food. so so staff depending on who’s helping you, nobody will volunteer to help.
Generally clean except the detail such as sticky high chair, side of the table, etc…

Ava was our server, and she was AWESOME!!! Our service was all good and no bad. I can’t say enough good about the service we received this trip.
The food was fine, but seemed somewhat disproportionate to the price. That’s the only thing that kept it from being a 5-​star rating.
It wasn’t too loud like most of these types of places… it was a very pleasant atmosphere!

Average food with average service. It was OK.

We walked in the door and a waiter ran up, grabbed a menu, gave it to another customer sitting down and then found a seat herself and chat it up with a customer. After a couple of minutes another waiter comes from the back running again and sat us.
