Most awkward drive thru ever. The drive-thru speaker machine is perpetually broken and they put a sign to ‘order at window’ which is as time efficient as ringing the chicken’s neck and frying it yourself. Inside service? Be prepared to wait 30 mins.

No star if I could! I asked the manager, «How long have y’all been serving medium rare chicken?» He replied that all of his chicken is like that. They get cooked w/the same time. He offered me another chicken that just got off the grease and peeled it up right in front of his face and it was all WHITE and fully COOKED like it should be. I ordered(3) 2pc mixed and none of the chicken was fully cooked. He didn’t even offer me a refund. Just gave me two pieces of chicken lol. Worst Popeyes yet.

Substandard. Food had been sitting for hours. The grill and fryers had been turned off. Counter and floor were filthy, yet the«help» we’re cutting up and didn’t even notice me standing at the counter until I called them out. It will be my last trip to this place. The decline of western civilization…

Trip number 1-got stuck in the drive thru for 45 minutes. Literally. Thankfully I was able to pull out as I hadn’t placed an order yet. Trip number 2-sign on speaker that says«short staffed, dining room closed. chicken out of stock, drive thru closed» so I pulled around to the window. What a surprise, 3 employees(one was a manager) standing around the cash box just talking. I waited for 5 minutes, from 2:11 to 2:16 for one employee to open the window. «What?» So I asked for the store number. «I don’t know. This is popeyes.» «What is your name?» «I don’t know». I will NEVER go back to this location. DONOTGOHEREUNTILITISRESTRUCTURED. The one down 423 and 121 is on fleek doe.

You would think a franchise such as this would have a working speaker. This is my 2nd time coming in two weeks and the speaker is still not working.

Sat in the line for 30 minutes and couldn’t get out because someone was in front of me and behind me. Once I arrived at the window I sat for another 15 minutes all while the lady at the front counter kept looking my way but never came over to say anything. Finally we got to place our order and it was wrong when we got home! Very disappointed!

I get it. This is a drive thru place and after a certain time it gets busy after work. In no way do I ever think it makes sense to make someone buying two sides that are already prepackaged and ready to go wait for 15 – 20 mins while other larger orders ahead that include chicken(that is still cooking btw) wait for their food orders. It just makes no sense. And yes, I did ask if that was their policy. I will ever go to this store again. Had I known their way of doing business I would have gone somewhere else.

Tuesday Special was ok. The prices are too high and the chicken was 1980’s-1990’s size. What, you roll out the smaller pieces when chicken is on sale then bring out the steroid laced huge pieces when it’s full price?

My husband and I came around 5pm. prime time for dinner right? Wrong! We got the garlic Chile chicken meal after seeing a commercial last night that left our mouths watering. This is what we got… the meal came with 4 chicken tenders that were the size of nuggets and cold… the biscuit is small and looks like a traditional from biscuit. The place was empty and now we know why… buyer beware!!! Not recommended… breading is stale and cold as are the fries .it just keeps getting worse and worse… yuck

The food was good as expected, being that it’s a chain restaurant and there’s only so much you can mess with normally idiot-proof food, but the people that work there are something else. If you come anytime after 10, they treat you poorly because they probably want to go home. Well that’s not my problem, go have your pity party elsewhere, and don’t give me any of your nonsense. I had to straighten out their manager(who looked like just a disrespectful kid), and point out that the customers are what keep them in business, so keep your smart alec attitude out of the workplace. Maybe that manager will think twice before mouthing off next time. Like I said, the food is good, but they need to work on their staff, so I gave two stars instead of one, since they at least know how to deep fry the chicken correctly, and serve it fresh.

Super slow, staff seems not to give a F*, management appears to be no smarter than the crew & always outta pretty much all condiments. Sweet tea is weak, not sure how it’s called«southern style» it’s more like forced dieting at a fast food joint. I’m from NOLA and I swear even in the hood back home they at least ready for rush hour. Only reason I stop here is becuz its a franchise and the chicken taste the same everywhere.

The drive thru was pretty bad — I went at an off hour so I had to sit in the parking lot for 15 mins before the 3 piece meal I ordered was ready. They were out of the sauce that comes with the meal so I had to just get ranch instead. I don’t know if I was just there during a shift change or what, but they didn’t seem to have their act together.

This is a great Popeyes — the service is fast and the staff are friendly. My only complaints about this location are the drive through location is very noisy so it is difficult to order food at times, and they do give a lot of thighs in the buckets and I prefer legs and breasts only.
