I own a business that cleans up fires in businesses and homes for insurance companies. I rent a lot of storage spaces. I have 4 storage units at the All Storage location for a fire we packed out in July of 2015. On 5−6−16 I Rented 3 more spaces for a family in Aubrey who unfortunately had a fire. The very next day 5−7−16 I asked the office to cancel one of the storage units that I agreed to rent on 5−6−16. This is less than 24 hours after I rented the three spaces. The reason for canceling was that the insurance company did not give me the correct square footage that would be needed for this household. All storage charged me for the full rental of 30 days!!! $ 247.92! I said its been less than 24 hours and I had nothing to do with this over site. Doesn’t matter they said, you must pay the 30 day rental. I understand when people leave the space dirty or they damage things that they will have to pay to have it clean up or repaired, but I never even walked into this space! Not to mention I have 6 storage spaces that I’m paying All Storage over $ 1400.00 per month! I will let you decide which storage space you decide to use but for me and my business I’ll never spend another dime in this place. That’s just bad business. Ok, Apparently the squeaky wheel gets the grease. The manager called me and apologized. Also they waived the rent charge so even though they made a big mistake they did make it right.

I had a problem when closing my unit out when I was finished using it, and Michelle in the office was great at resolving my concerns. I definitely recommend these guys, I’ve rented 4 different units from them since 2012, and I’ve never had any issues or damaged items. Their pull-through area inside is great, now that they’ve installed the gates to keep people from driving into the overhead doors and breaking them.

If you are storing anything other than a camper, I would avoid this place at all cost. We had thousands of dollars in damage from mice and water. We were told that the plumber did not winterize the pipes properly which caused them to rupture. The customer service is terrible. The regional manager is all but unreachable. After asking for his email, the only said he would call. When he finally called 3 – 4 days later, he called from a number he was only going to be at for 4 hours and he left no other way to get in touch with him.
