Went to have my oil changed, and the mechanic pulled me onto the floor to tell me that ALL of the fluids in my car needed to be replaced. He sugar coated it and told me that they could have everything done in under a hour – but I was suspect of needing just about every fluid in my car replaced. My father is a skilled mechanic and he told me later that day that my car didn’t need anything done except for an oil change. The mechanic continued to push me on the issue, which was border-​line ridiculous. I had already declined the service – leave it at that please.
When I received my receipt for my oil change the «suggestion» area had all of the fluid-​changings listed. The price to get everything that the mechanic was pressing was HUNDREDS of dollars.
I just wanted a simple oil change. Please don’t push people into serviced that their vehicle doesn’t require and take advantage of ignorance,
Will not be returning anytime soon.

As I arrived a guy named steven met me before I got out of my car. I asked for 2 simple things. I needed a price on a oil changed and alignment/​balance.
He said okay we will get to work and proceeded to ask for my keys. I said okay and what is the cost on it? He said «oh just go inside and I’ll add it up. Then I go inside the guy tells the girl something (o could nor hear) then she asked me to fill out paperwork. So I did and asked where my car went… she said oh he is just pulling it in. I proceeded to tell her that all I asked him for was a price check NOT to start. She went back and told him and he finally made his, way into the office to provided me a price. 160 he says plus tax for oil change and alignment/​balance. I said that is fine. They began working on oil after 30 mins of it sitting and all the employees not working but instead talking all huddled up. As more customers came and gone a, man then called me into the shop to tell me he would like to add more work. I proceeded to decline but her began to get very abraysive. I refused and said thanks anyways (never got his name).
I have now been here just over 1.5 hours and they also had a parts guy come in and he and the first guy be proceeded to argue over delivered part. As I look into the shop people are talking using cell phone and seems there is not 1 person here in charge of managing anyone. It is completely horrible service. My car is sitting on alignment rack for 45 minutes and there is not but one person halfway working on it. I will never do service with this location with any of my cars again. Last time was bad but this time you have lost my service. Needing new management of this place to ever make and keep customers. Do your own research on your repeat customer rates. I bet you don’t hit 10% for 5 or more visits. You have the right location bymut horrible practices. Poor management and lack of any professinalism. From my understanding some girl named Sidney is the manager based of my stay here going on 2 hours.

Got my oil and fluids changed yesterday. Everyone was nice. Great and quick service will be back again

I’m pretty suspect of any car repair shop. These guys have gained my trust. I’ve had minor repairs done, and several inspections, and I’ve always been satisfied.
And they have wifi!

I used to live next door to this location and used them for inspections, oil changes and car washes regularly. I still drive through the car wash when I am going by and need a quick spray. Everyone here is polite and professional.

Fast and friendly service. We get our vehicle inspections here every year and have any complaints. People in the lobby seem to be happy with service as well.

Have had several bad experiences in the past year:
Took car in for alignment in 2011. Did a poor job. $ 90 gone.
Couple months later, waterpump went out and couldn’t drive it anywhere except right up the road. So, had my waterpump replaced in 2011. Not one year later, waterpump was going out again so called to take my car in, again. Told it would be $ 85 just to look at it. This time, it would drive just enough to get to Denton, so I took it to the Dodge dealership. Told that the pump was not proper installed the first time around and would need to be replaced, again. $ 400 wasted at Kwik Kar.
Asked about getting a brake light replaced/​wire-​checked to see if it was working. Told it would be $ 85 an hour just to look at it.
Yep, I’m done with this place.
