Searched several tree trimming service for my property before making the decision. Glad I called monster tree and bring them in to fix my backyard. Very friendly customer service. Was able to schedule the on site within a short period of time. The technicians did an excellent job and also give very good suggestions on recommended approach to maintain my backyard. And the price is reasonable compared to some other services I’ve called, bonus!

My nice magnolia tree was butchered. Not professionals as promised… just some guys with tools.

We had an Oak tree that had shallow roots and was pushing up our Driveway, I was referred to Monster Tree Service by a friend, and what a GREAT referral it was. They sent an Arborist out to survey the situation and provide a quote. There price was better than 2 other quotes I received and they committed to come back on a certain date/​time and they did.

Richard was the arborist that came to give the estimate. He was very courteous and knowledgable about what my trees/​bushes would need and why. The technicians who performed the tree trimming did an excellent job and even cleaned up afterwards!

Richard, their certified arborist, came out quickly to do an assessment and provide an estimate. I signed up after reviewing the quote to go ahead and took advantage of a couple of discounts they are currently running. The tree trimming crew came out the following week and took care of trimming all the trees that were quoted. They even cut up the larger branches into smaller logs for me to use as firewood in my fire pit. They called me out with a final walk through to make sure I was satisfied with what they had done, cleaned up everything, and left. Very friendly and professional.

Fantastic — the best word that describes Monster Tree and the services they have rendered. I called their office and Shane, the business owner, answered the call. He gave me valuable information regarding the things they do as well as how important it is to prune trees and maintain their health. But that time, we called them not to prune a tree or take care of one.
We wanted them to remove a dead tree from our property. We want it removed entirely… including the roots. Someone came over the weekend to check on the tree and give a quote. By Monday, a team came and did everything they need to do. After removing the tree they cleaned up after themselves and covered up the gaping hole left by the uprooted tree. Friendly, professional and fast. Already have recommended this company to friends.

First time using Monster. Very satisfied. They were able to take a 40 year old ‘virgin’ Oak and not only save it but turn it into the center piece of a park like setting. These aren’t a bunch of hacks with chainsaws topping trees for the power company. They actually employ a fully qualified arborist that knows and cares for the correct structure of a tree. As an added bonus, the price was great too. Thanks Monster.

I have a newer home with relatively new landscaping. I needed a medium sized Oak trimmed to grow correctly and 5 smaller trees in my backyard trimmed up over my pool. I called several other companies and only received quotes from two of them. If a company can not get you a quote in a timely fashion how do you think they will be with the work?
Richard came out the day after I called and gave me a proposal on the spot. He took all of my needs into consideration and the crew did a great job. The pruning was more than I expected and the guys left my property cleaner than when they arrived. I will be using Monster Tree Service for all my tree trimming needs. I would highly recommend Monster to anyone… very professional and great work.

We have used Monster Tree for several times and we were always satisfied with their service.
Most recently, I called them again to prune the oak tree at our yard. I spoke with Shane, the owner of Monster Tree and discussed our current predicament. He was very helpful and responsive in scheduling an appointment for us. Richard from Monster Tree is an arborist and he and some guys in uniform were able to prune and cut the necessary branches for us. They were friendly, polite and very much knowledgeable. He did the job quickly and made sure he removed all the mess that was created by his work. He definitely supplied the exact service that I had expected.
With quality pruning, awesome communication and outstanding professionalism, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

The service and communication I received from Shane and Monster Tree Service was A+. All services were fulfilled as promised and I couldn’t be happier with the results. All of my calls, texts and emails were promptly replied to, even on the weekend. I will absolutely use them again and will recommend them highly to others.

Hired them to remove two smaller, weak trees and complete maintenance on existing trees. Instead they removed two large, healthy trees and left the two we wanted to remove. Company tried to blame us for the «miscommunication», backpedaled that it was a «blessing in disguise» and took no responsibility for the lack of leadership and communication from their team during the project.
Very disappointed by how the head of the company handled this unfortunate situation. Blaming and bullying the customer is not how you win customers.
