Rumble pest control has excellent customer service and is always on time and dependable! We have used them for general insect pest control and for termites. Austin always answers his phone or if he can’t he calls right back, there is never a delay in waiting to hear back. He even rearranged his schedule for us since we were in a time crunch finishing our floor installation and came out within two hours of me calling him just to assess our termite damage and give us a free quote. A plank of my fence was falling off, which I noticed while Austin was outside spraying and he even offered to get his hammer off his truck and fix it for me. Prices can’t be beat and I LOVE that as a customer, I matter, rather than just being another job to do and another source of income for a big business. These guys are always positive and smiling and do awesome work!
