Applebee’s

The server was very nice. The food wasn’t the best and it took forever to get it. Things were missing from my order and it seemed kind of slopped together.

Shocking service, just walked out. They have lost a customer. After waiting 15minutes just for a waitress to come to our table we finally gave up.

I went to Applebee’s for veterans day, and the restaurant was packed and I had to wait half an hour for a table, the service there was amazing service, I ordered the baby back ribs, but the waiter came to my table and told me that they were all out, so I ordered chicken tenders, and let me say, those were some killer chicken tenders, best I’ve ever had to be exact. I like how friendly and funny the waiter was, and loved how he gave us a free desert. Recommend this restaurant.

It used to be mine and my husbands favorite place. But after not 1 but 4 horrible trips in a row. We gave up hope. The service is awful. They never get the food rt and never try to compensate for thier mistakes. I someone were to give me a gift card to applebees i would toss it out. We have absolutely NO interest in going back

Food was decent but the service terrible. Our waitress was seldom seen and the restaurant was less than ¼ full. We even had to wait 15 minutes to get our bill.
The men’s room was disgusting. I used it after our appetizer and that was a mistake. I don’t want to get specific but it appeared it had been a good week since they cleaned it. How hard is it to clean a bathroom?

I ordered dinner online few months ago and picked it up 40 min later. I was happy that the food was ready in time. When I got home and opened my container of shrimp pasta, I was surprised to see the that the portion size was ridiculously small. There were literally 12 pieces of pasta and 6 tiny shrimp, which isn’t even enough if I wanted to call it a «snack.» It was a waste of money and I will not eat here again. On a brighter note, the dish tasted good, which could also mean the workers ate my food.

Service was horrible. I was greeted by the hostess in a very unwelcoming way. The minute she sat us down, she talked about how much she hated her job and how much she hated working at Applebee. She went on this rant for about good five minutes until she finally told me that she will get the watiress to help serve us.
The waitress came by and we were waited by Jessica. Waitress was fine, she did her job pretty well, provided us good service and tips, didn’t forget to check up on us.
We got the tacos, the buffalo wings and the spinach artichoke dip. The buffalo wings dipped in honey BBQ turned out fine. The Spinach artichoke dip tasted excellent. However, the tacos didn’t come out right.
Anyways the whole experience was unplesant, simply because I had an unwelcoming service when greeted by the hostess. However, I do give props to the waitress for trying to make our visit comfortable as possible.
If it wasn’t for the unwelcome hostess, then I would give this restaurant a two star.

Not usually a beef burger fan, but this new All-​In burger special was on point. I got the Triple Bacon burger — it was juicy, cooked well, and oh-​so good.
The BBQ fries had a good kick to them. Their fries are always good.

Came here for dinner before outlet shopping at Great Lakes Crossing and I wouldn’t have a problem suggesting the place if you know to expect a quick, sit down restaurant, you’re good to go!
We were seated promptly (although it may have been because it wasn’t that busy for a Black Friday), the server was attentive (prompt for drinks, meal, and good quality), even the manager stopped by and asked how things were.
There is a 2 for $ 20 or 2 for $ 25 promotion at the time (it may be all the time) where you get an appetizer and two entrees for the amount (the choices change depending on the cost). We got the boneless chicken wings, ribs, and chicken with mac and cheese all of which we thought were good for what it was.
Do note that it is a little bit hard to find since it is tucked away behind multiple buildings.

Slow service. Waitress went from nice to not so nice then back again. out of food we ordered so we had to order something else. It was cold inside cold enough to eat dinner in my jacket while it was 42° outside. Food was decent.

Food was OK, but watch out DO NOT TRY to use the Unilocal coupon. The acting manager on 30mar2014 at 5:00 pm did not want to honor the coupon.
Correction, after asking directly about the advertising on the table, they decide to honor it. Pls make sure you ask 1^st prior ordering.

Service sucks, foods crappy. Every time I went there the service was sure slow and super rude. My food wasn’t made properly and looked like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for 20 mins. I haven’t been back since, and will not go back. I’m not a fan of Applebee’s salty over priced food. It is less quality then Wendy’s and spike my blood pressure up.

I’m a total sucker for the endless soup and salad lunch. Love it! And luckily my favorite waiter at this well-​hidden Applebee’s location works weekday lunches (along with Friday and Saturday nights).
The food is the regular expected chain-​restaurant food. The 2 for $ 20 is always fun when we’re out for a family dinner, but my favorite Applebee’s visit is a long lunch visiting with girlfriends (and usually kids along to meet up with their friends as well).
Once you find this hidden location, past the Meijer, almost to the tire shop, be sure and ask to sit in Chris’s section. He’s a great waiter. Quick and efficient when they’re busy, but friendly enough to stop and chat when he’s got a minute.

Even as a chain, this restaurant is largely sub-​par. The food is the definition of «meh» and there are little to no vegetarian options on the menu (my girlfriend is a vegetarian). I’ve ordered a number of things in the few times I’ve been here but they’ve always been forgettable items that I’ve had better somewhere else.
The service is generally poor. I’ve experienced it to some degree myself, as well as listened to some horror stories from my friends. Scarce staff, mixed up orders and occasionally an item completely forgotten are pretty unforgivable for a business in the service industry.
The only reason I can think to come here is they’re open fairly late (midnight) and their appetizers are half-​off after 9. If you want a reliable chain experience, go to the nearby (and better) On the Border or Chile’s.
