I am extremely upset by the manager’s behavior at this location. I ordered an egg white McMuffin, no cheese, and upon returning home, the McMuffin was an egg white cheese sandwich, no ham. I called the store, to politely inform the manager of the misstep, and see what could be done to correct the sandwich and the time lost and gasoline wasted in having to make two roundtrips. I was greeted on the phone by a hostile manager who refused to give me her name. She would only replace the sandwich, no refunds and no incentives to help offset the lost time and gasoline. I began to explain what I was looking to accomplish with this call, and she bowled over me, began to yell, used the F-word, and hung up on me. This is a family restaurant. No such language should be used to a paying guest when the restaurant is in the wrong. I am disgusted with her customer service skills and my family will never revisit this location. We will gladly drive the extra distance to a different McDonald’s. **To the owner of this franchise — your manager was a woman, whose shift was Tuesday morning on 2÷23÷16.

«Breakfast all day» means you wait«all day» to get your breakfast meal if you order this at dinner. I have been waiting for almost fifteen minutes for breakfast here. This sucks. I already paid and I am still waiting. Ugh.

My fries were absolutely disgusting! My friends a I each ordered a #2 two cheeseburgers with large fries and drinks and the fries were absolutely horrific! Let me tell you a little history about myself: I am the Assistant General Manager of two Checkers/Rally’s drive-thru restaurants that are only located within a couple miles from this McDonalds. Being a Manager I understand myself that everything is not perfect all the time! I also understand that sometimes things happen and mistakes are made! I would normally never post a review on a fast food location. They get enough grief as it is. However, it is not so much the fries I am mad about as I am the reaction and«policy» I got from the Manager when I called for new fries. Keep in mind I was already at home by the time I opened my food, less than a mile away. The Manager told me that they want the food back before they can give me new fries. I couldn’t just come get new fries tomorrow? Seriously?! I threw them out, and I didn’t want to leave my house again. I’m extremely disappointed in the way the Manager handled the phone call. I understand this may be the«owners» policy, as she said.(A ridiculous one if you ask me, fries are the cheapest product in your inventory.) But I could have totally done without the nasty attitude you gave me over the phone. That in itself, will be the reason you never earn my business again.(It wasn’t an accident, you just assumed I was lying.) Tip of advice to the owners: Believe your customers. Always. Replace something as small as fries. Always. Ask for a receipt on complaints, and make sure your Managers act professionally when you’re there, and when you’re not.) That’s all.
