The rudest people I have ever met in my life. They refused to serve us because they were closing in 15 minutes. I wish I could give it zero stars. This isn’t the first time I have gotten bad service at this location.

Worst I’ve visited.
My coffee was fine, but my daughter’s iced mocha latte was really just chocolate milk over ice.
Slow service, half dead employees. Seriously.
This is a small TH located in the Great Lakes Crossing Outlets. I will get my coffee fix elsewhere.

The fact that Las Vegas has just about every coffee store out there I really wish this was one of them. I LOVE Tim Hortons! It is in my opinion better than Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts or even Coffee Bean and Tea. My favorite is the ever great hazelnut ice cap. Cold hazelnut perfection. I always look forward to Tim Hortons when I am back in Michigan
