Their Weekend staff is awful!!! They don’t acknowledge you and that made us late checking in. If you want a knowledgeable staff you have to come Monday — Friday. It is a nice, clean place and Dr. Rice is very nice and friendly. Their weekday front office staff is friendly, helpful and willing to try to help you. The nurses are smart and take the time to read your chart and know why you are there. The weekend girls at the front desk are to busy flirting and gossiping loudly with each other. Their weekend nurses have no clue and treat you like your a bad person. When the last time I checked your here to see a doctor NOT a nurse. Your health care choices are between you and the doctor!

My husband and I started going to this clinic because it is minutes from our home. Most of us know that when you go into a business you wanted to be treated with professionalism, kindness, employees who pay attention to detail and if I owned the business I would want my employees to «shine» being that they «represent my company»! NOT SO HERE AT Access Urgent Care! The individuals who «sit up front» — I would say GREET you however; that is a JOKE because they are always so busy horse playing, telling jokes, talking about their personal issues, ignore you, or who knows!!! Have you ever gone to see the doctor and feel so horrible then to have the front office staff cracking loud jokes and no respect for their doctor’s patients. If you enjoy that kind of behavior — then you have the right office for you! I have never seen a front office staff be so inconsiderate, selfish, unprofessional and extremely childish! Don’t bother talking to Dr. Duran — he has been advised yet has done nothing to solve nor fire anyone who makes «his» business look horrible! My husband and I both seen Dr. Duran on September 4, 2014. Today out of the blue what TWENTY FIVE days later I FINALLY received a phone call for a pre-​authorization that I needed on a prescription!!! I gave up on them and went to another local doctor and received awesome help and my prescription information within two days. My husband had a rash and showed it to Dr. Duran and he did nothing. Thankfully we went to another doctor and my husband was diagnosed with Shingles. Not impressed by the unprofessionalism in so many ways! SAD! So many others have complained as well that we know and many have left. Don’t blame them!
Dr. Duran and Dr. Rice are extremely nice and professional. We all make mistakes and both of these doctors work their booty’s off. However, please slow down and take care of the clients you have and get your front office in order! Please!!!

Using Dr. Wayne Duran as your doctor is as good as it gets. He has always listened to my complaints about various ailments and has always treated the illness (not just the symptoms). It’s amazing to me that he has been able to handle such a wide array of health problems; he does it with professional ease and confidence, which just gives me more confidence in him. He doesn’t offer unnecessary pain killers just to shut me up either, so I have a huge amount of respect for him (especially after some of the other quacks I’ve been to). He has a Quest lab on site, as well as an x-​ray machine. He’s got a great medical staff. However, he had some previous office staff that wasn’t friendly, but he has replaced them all now– besides, he made up for their attitude and I kept going back anyway. I’ve only had 3 good doctors in my whole life and he’s one of them. I definitely recommend Dr. Duran!
