Customer service is awful. I went in twice and haven’t been back since. Didn’t really want to go in the second time. Know-it-alls who work there ruin it for me. Not helpful and not a good experience.

Évaluation du lieu : 2 Smiths Station, AL
They have a good selection of equipment in this place. Definitely better than others in the area and they don’t tend to hover, which is why I give it two stars. However, customer service is stereotypical music store service(you know, the incredibly opinionated, borderline irrational preferences and undeserved sense of accomplishment) with an added christian flare. I went in once asking about Meinl cymbals and the guy went on an unsupported, aggressive rampage about how they aren’t Zildjian and are therefore inadequate. This was as I was waiting for the other guy to build me 50′ speaker cable… which turned out to be out of phase. I mean, I can build my own cable, but if it’s for a good price and is done quickly I figured why not give it a shot? Either way, I ended up inverting it(back to normal) myself at home and now I can hear kick, snare, and lead vocals!!! Yea! I called in once asking about audio rack screws(because my Gator didn’t come with any) and he said they don’t carry any. I said o.k., but if he had experience with this sort of thing could he maybe give me some specifications so I could try to find some at Home Depot? He told me, «Yeah, I do… they are smaller screws with fat heads.» This was, of course, no help at all, but whatever I’m not necessarily expecting him to know off hand. On a separate occasion(and this was the deal breaker for me) I went in and asked about 7 string packs and was asked, «Oh, so you play that devil music, huh?» He wasn’t kidding.
