Pho Lee

The egg roles were great! The phở was very bland and over priced $ 9 for a small $ 10 reg. & $ 11 for a large. I’ve had way better phở for a cheaper price.

This place has improved quit a bit in the time it’s been open: you can now get a bowl of phở with tripe and tendon (yea!), the phở broth richer this time (although still not quite there), and even the bahn mi are a lot better. It’s nice to see that the owner is adapting. It was also packed at lunch, but the servers worked the tables like pros.

Phenomenal. Always so fresh and healthy. I adore coming here!!! The staff is helpful, the food service is fast. The large phở bowl was huge! The décor is really relaxing.

I have visited Phở Lee a number of times now. We immediately fell in love with their Phở! I also like their Pad Thai. If you visit, you absolutely must try their Avocado Smoothie. It’s delicious!
One time I was sick and home and my husband and son went to Phở Lee to pick me up some Phở. They asked where I was. So sweet!

One of my favorite places in Auburn! The phở is great, of course, but the noodle dishes are especially awesome. Fresh ingredients, generous portions, and a lovely atmosphere.

My first phở experience. The food and service were good, but seems a little pricey. I will definitely come back and try phở in other places!

I went there on February 2014 and tried Chicken Noodle Soup. It was okay !! Not bad… The place was new then i guess, so it’s was clean, well organized and nice people. Will go there again to try different food. From my one time visit i will give them 3 star. This place is okay…

While in from out of town I was craving the phở! This place seemed to be the only place in Auburn that serves it. First off it was very nice and clean… very important. Secondly my waitress was fantastic, thanks Delaney! Lastly the phở was excellent! Highly recommended

Phở Lee is a very clean and nice place for Vietnamese food. We ordered their regular phở with all of the fixins except for tripe and it was pretty good. Clean tasting, not greasy, and the broth was very clear. The noodles were not overdone either which was a plus. However, the broth was not as rich as I’m used to. It’s great for those who aren’t absolute meat lovers, but it’s a little light for my taste. My mom had the seafood phở which was a sweeter broth than the beef phở and had less of the phở spices flavor.
We also got the pork bahn mi which was the star of the meal. Absolutely delicious and flavorful. The veggies were crisp and slight pickled flavor cut the richness of the meat. And the best part by far, the crusty bread. I could’ve eaten it plain for my entire meal. Buttery and crusty and soft, but still chewy. I want some more now actually…
I’d come back again.

Only phở place in Auburn according to Unilocal.Very tidy restaurant with fantastic service. Had the fresh spring rolls and n2 phở. All in all the food was pretty average. I can’t say I will crave this place but wouldn’t hesitate to stop in if in Auburn.

My lovely wife was in Auburn yesterday helping our daughter move out of the dorm for the Summer. Around lunchtime yesterday she texted that she’d found this place in town with the phở. Since we live in small town S. Ala, I asked for a bowl to go.
They put the phở on ice and made it back home around 9 pm last night. Tonight she opened up the package which contained a big container of the broth and a styrofoam box with fresh lime, bean sprouts, cilantro, basil and three different containers of various hot sauces. I like it hot.
The other thing in that container was the raw beef and the noodles. After she boiled that broth and tossed in the noodles and beef, I had to search the kitchen for a big bowl.
It was absolutely delicious. I cannot believe I ate that whole thing but it was damn good. Will go there the next time we are in Auburn. Try this place out if you’re into the phở. I am, and this place is good at it.

Taste is good, I didnt find any bugs on mine. Service could be better with more attention. Fairly new business so it suppose to be clean. Price is bit expensive and they charge for extra onion which is free everywhere else.

First time trying phở and I was pleased. My husband and I split a large bowl of phở with flank steak, tripe, meatballs, and tendon. It was fantastic. The bean sprouts, lime, and cilantro provided were the perfect compliment. It was more than we could eat in one sitting, and when we asked for it to be boxed up the restaurant was nice enough to add extra broth to our soup. Our kids both had banh mi sandwiches which were great as well. Friendly and attentive service. We will definitely be back.

I’m pleasantly surprised that good Vietnamese food exists in Auburn. Their wontons are delicious. I wish they were larger so that I could enjoy them longer. Their phở is really perfect during cold nights here. The portions are pretty large and the prices are fair. Their banh mi is also really good, even after a day in the fridge.

I won’t go to this restaurant, the service is much rude for colored race. Everytime, they look around and talk with white.

We found a fly in the soup!!! And they just ignore it and angry to us!!! How can they do that!

The place sucks!!! The service is sooo bad. Both rice and noodles have bugs. When we talk to manager, he just ignore it. What kind of restaurant have this service??!

I tried Phở Lee for the first time on Thursday. I was impressed with décor and most of all the friendliness of the staff. It was not busy, but still everyone I encountered was helpful and nice. My server (I am sorry, I do not remember his name) patiently answered my questions while taking my order. Even though I ordered take out, I was checked on while waiting and offered drinks. Best of all, they helped me take my food out to my car! Is that service or what!
Now to the food! I ordered spring rolls and they were delicious! The veggies were fresh and crunchy and the peanut sauce was delicious!
My daughter had phở with chicken and her boyfriend had phở with flank steak. They enjoyed it very much.
The portions were very generous for the price. I will be sure to go again!

New restaurant. Very clean. Very busy décor.
We had the spring rolls and the eggs rolls as a starter. I favored the spring rolls over the egg rolls. They were fresh and the peanut dipping sauce was delicious.
I ordered the PhoGa, which is the chicken noodle bowl. It was ok. I wish the chicken was a little more seasoned, but I am a novice to Vietnamese cuisine so maybe that’s how it was supposed to be. The broth was delicious and the fresh herbs in it were yummy.
The service was superb. The staff was very attentive. We were asked a dozen times how things were and if we needed anything.
Two drinks, two noodle bowls, one order spring roll, one order egg roll, $ 40 with tip. Which is a little high in my opinion.
All in all, good experience.

My wife and I were so excited to have a Vietnamese restaurant in Auburn. We have been to Phở Lee once and were very let down by the food. It is not that the food was bad. Actually it was OK. However, it was NOT anything like Vietnamese food I have had elsewhere (including several places in Vietnam). The Phở at Phở Lee was a fairly bland bowl of CHICKEN stock, not beef as is used in traditional Phở. Real Phở comes with a plate of whole basil leaves, mint, cilantro or culantro, peppers, scallions, lime wedges and other condiments. At Phở Lee, we got a very small sprinkling of minced green stuff on the soup and a saucer with some sprouts and one lime wedge. Not bad, really, but nothing like real Phở. The first reviewer mentioned the spring rolls with pork and vermicelli. They were OK, but bland like the soup. No basil or mint in them! WTF.
The restaurant looks very nice and the service was great. Prices were not cheap but not too high. It would be very easy to like Phở Lee if one has never had real Vietnamese food. So, if you like Phở Lee, do not eat Vietnamese food elsewhere like the Saigon Bistro in Montgomery, or any one of a number of high rated Vietnamese places in Atlanta.
