By the way, this establishment is called Auburn’s Best Cleaners, on the sign on Harvey Road. The store sign says«Auburn’s Cleaners. The most in dry cleaning» I brought in some suits and shirts to be dry cleaned. I’m getting these shirts and suits cleaned, so obviously there is going to be a bit of sweat smell to them. She told me that I was extremely smelly. I’m a hygienic person, I just wanted my suits cleaned. While helping me, she kept her phone that she was constantly on, at her chest, waiting impatiently for me to count my pieces of clothing. Well, after receiving the clothes, the suits and shirts still smelled of sweat, and the shirts all had a sweat ring around the collars, ALLOFTHEM. After returning home with everything, I took the shirts back only to be put at the bottom of the list and told that I couldn’t pick them up until Monday. I would love to say that they solved the problem and redeemed their reputation, but then I would be lying. I picked them up today, and what do you know, the shirts still have not been washed and the ring is still around them, exactly how I brought them in. Through my experiences at other dry cleaners in my previous residence, sadly, not anywhere around here, I’ve never been called smelly or had any problems with getting some yellowing around the neck off. I accepted my shirts and I will never go back there again. I was treated as an annoyance my whole time at this establishment. I gave them $ 50 for no apparent reason. Never again. I’ll drive half an hour to go to a PROPER cleaners.

They suck!. They lost the pants to a business suit that I had dry cleaned. Got the suit out my closet before a job interview, and found the pants were not my pants I turned in. Not only that, the pants were a size 45 or 48 and didn’t match the jacket at all. I’m a size 32. Yes I should’ve checked my suit when I picked it up but I’ve used them several times and never had a problem. I took the pants up there and the store manager game me the worst experience in customer service I have ever witnessed. He denied loosing the pants, rude behavior and all out dismissive. Asked him several times to pay for losing my pants and he totally refused to do so, until I called the police and threatened to call the department of immigration.(I wasn’t going to call immigration anyway, but it got the job done). After he talked to the police and my threat he decided to pay me for the pants he legitimately lost. Beware! Stay away from this place! The employees are good but the owner is major dick! I wish there was an option for –5 stars.

Terrible. Went in here for the first time last week, had 3 high end jeans dry cleaned light starch no creases. Return 3 days later, pants have been washed not dry cleaned all the dyes in my jeans had run and there was dye stains. I go back to tell them and the lady at the counter tells me without a receipt I was screwed, even though she took my order, probably washed them, signed me out, nothing. They ruined $ 200 in jeans and nothing not even an apology. All in all I am sure it was pure laziness that my selvedge jeans were washed not dry cleaned. I do not recommend this place, avoid at all cost.
