Had bamboo floors installed and couldn’t be happier with the results the entire staff and installers were fantastic I highly recommend talking to joe and Dave top notch salesmen. But more importantly they were «HONEST» we were so impressed we our now going to purchase carpet from them. I want to also mention Stacey and Kevin who are part of bobs team who were also just as helpful Thanks again for a Job WELL DONE.

Had carpet installed on my stairs. Carpets fine but the installers stole all my gold jewelry. My bad I shouild have put it away but Bob’s was not at all interested in helping me and just said they asked them and they said they didn’t take it. Well what else would they say? ;-(Be careful with your stuff! My hubby was doing yard work instead of watching the family jewels and now there are none thanks to Big Bob’s Discount Flooring in Auburn, MA
