There’s only two cars but the first one has taken 20 minutes. I’m currently the third car and on the other side there are absolutely no cars… so why is it taking so long? I was here yesterday and it was good.

We had an awful experience here today. My boyfriend got a blended yeti drink which trend out thin, watery, and still had huge ice chunks in it topped with a minuscule amount of melted whipped cream. I ordered a flavored redbull with cream and the barista gave it to me unstirred so my whole first drink was straight syrup. Gross. Furthermore the barista who made our drinks seemed bored and annoyed that we were getting drinks. She was very rude and unpleasant to be around. We will not be returning.

BEYOND SLOW AS HELL!!! (on Saturday’s) I sat behind ONE car for 10 minutes! I finally got to the window and the girl working didn’t even acknowledge me for 3 minutes and she was literally at the window!!! She then began to take another 5 minutes trying to figure out how to make a blended frap!!! If you do not know how to make any drinks or be in customer service, DO NOT WORK HERE!!!
But I do have to say the morning girls M-​F are absolutely AMAZING!!! I pull up and my drink is already made and they make it a point to remember my drama. LOL. She gives me advice and always makes sure I’m ok.
I gave 3 stars just because the weekend girls and weekday girls are so opposite. Go in the morning during the week for sure!

April 20th, I went to this stand to get a green apple jet tea (blended) with caramel. Instead I got a drink that tasted like ice cream. I have a lactose intolerance, by the time I left with my big 32 oz drink and tasted it I knew the drink was wrong, but it was late around 8:30pm — 9pm and I was tired and not in the mood to go back and have it corrected if it could be. I’ve went there during the day and I’ve always gotten the right drink for some reason the swing shift at this stand and other BFJ stands don’t know what they are doing. Very disappointed.

This location is very friendly and chatty compared to all the other Big Foot stands I have been to.
Unfortunately after having 4 messed up drinks (regular espresso roast instead of white) I had to call it the quits and end my relationship. I do occasionally stop by and order NON-​coffee drinks.

We LOVE this Bogfoot Java! Angie and her crew are the best! Angie the manager is sweet, loving, fun and upbeat and so is her crew. They see our truck come down the hill every morning and our drinks our done! NOW that is steller guests service. We miss Britaney. WIsh she was still there so we can still get her fun teasing in the morning.
We love you all at this location!

Love this place, great coffee and staff, quick as they come, always with a smile. Most the time I’m commuting with fellow workers and it’s almost like going to a candy store with a bunch of kids!
