BigFoot Java

I come here every chance I get!!! It’s on my way to work, the girls know me, and the coffee is always good! I’m not sure what the Unilocaler is complaining about with it being next to a gas station; I’ve had to stop to «fill up» both tanks at times!
Like any good coffee shop, get a card to free drinks and pastries. The pastries are also tasty, but vary — try the lemon bread — nummers!!!

I am definitely a fan of BigFoot Java’s coffee, but I am NOT a fan of this location. It’s right on West Valley Highway, and is right next to a 76 gas station so it’s convenient to get a coffee while you’re filling up and this location is a little off the beaten path so I would assume it would be less busy as other locations.
The reason why I am giving a poor review has nothing to do with the service (the girls are always friendly and awesome!) it’s the setup of the place. This location is unique in that it offers a ‘walk-​up’ window as well as the typical double-​sided drive up windows. I assume the walk-​up window is only used during the day because I know a lot of drive-​thru coffee stands don’t allow people walking up due to safety issues.
Basically, the walk-​up customers are given first priority which truly is not fair. I was 2^nd in line in the drive-​up window (on my way to work so I had a time limit) and two people walked up to the window and were charged and received their drinks before either I OR the guy in front of me received drinks. This makes no sense; basically my wait time was doubled because people essentially cut in line. So I definitely will be going to other locations during the afternoon when it gets busy to avoid the long wait. Bummer!
