Brian Magee – RE/MAX Performance Plus

Very strange bird. Promised the world, very nice and courteous at first. Then when things didn’t go as planned during the transaction– he blamed ME?! He went from a Dr. Jekyll to Mr. Hyde from one phone conversation to the next. Also everyone else involved in the transaction «knew» things were my fault even though they were not because of what they heard from Brian. (Thank you Mr. Magee)
It’s very frustrating to deal with people who pretend to be nice and then take to gossip to make themselves look good by smearing the other guy. Fear kicked in when Mr. Magee thought that he might not earn earn a big fat commission — that’s when Mr. Hyde appeared. This is ESPECIALLY bad during a real estate transaction.
Highly regret dealings with Brian and if I could undo and have replaced him with another agent, I would have happily.
Passive Aggressive? Yes, describes him to a T. Avoid Mr. Magee and move on to someone else who doesn’t just have a big smile and welcoming greeting when the $$$ sign is on your forehead.
Also — he does not even own a home. How can a guy that doesn’t even OWN a home convince other people to BUY a home… oh yeah… so he can make $$$$.

Brian is very professional. He will find the perfect home for you. He will also do a thorough job of representing you on behalf of selling your home. I highly recommend Brian for any real estate transaction.
