Alisha was a wonderful help. And everyone there was extremely patient with my 6 year old AND my mother –in-law! Got a way better phone than anticipated for the same deal I went in looking for. I will definitely be back to see Alisha or any of the other staff!

I’m not sure how the customer service is because when we came to visit your store it was closed. Even though the door said 8 pm. Maybe change your store hours online and in store so people don’t waste their time driving to this location just to find locked doors. This Verizon is not open at 7:50pm on a Saturday.

Decided to Edge Up to the new iPhone 6 Plus, did have a little bit of a wait since there were other customers but was extremely happy with the customer service at this location, Israel was a super cool guy who was very knowledgeable and helpful not to mention down to earth and not trying to sell me on any gimmicks. Just what I enjoy, great customer service and friendly conversation! Thanks Diamond Wireless:)

This store is a sub contractor of Verizon. I have found that they do not use the same pricing and also use what I consider to be predatory sales tactics. My 58yr old father went in to get new phones and after waiting in the store for 3 hours for the data transfer on the new phones was offered a «free gift» of 3 tablets. Upon receiving his first bill he wanted to return the still unused and unopened tablets because there is a $ 10 monthly fee associated with each tablet. He was told that it was past the 15 day return period and would now cost $ 575.00 to return the«free tablets». At no time was the monthly fee discussed! After calling Verizon they said they had extended the return time for the holidays but that a store like this doesn’t have to honor the extension. In short this is a store that I would strongly recommend avoiding at all costs as they will say and do whatever it takes to make a sale with no re-guard for customer satisfaction.

Go to Verizon store. Watch the contracts! They buried an additional $ 400 fee to the contract. This is above and beyond Verizon Wireless fees. When we switched carriers they did not bill for this, they sent the bill to collections. When we asked for a review, the bill was sent on to a lawyers office despite the promise of a review. Horrible communication skills!
