On 6-22-2015 my mother and I agreed to a contract where we would trade my Droid cell from Verizon, my mother’s flip phone from Verizon for a plan connected to my brother, Kirby Pollard(with T-Mobile). After spending over two hours in the store, the employee was unsuccessful in transferring my data, I agreed to come back the very next day to complete the task. I was told my Verizon phone would be in the back room with my name on it. Once we returned to our homes, we realized the phones did not work in our area. I immediately called and spoke with Alexandra(within 2 hours) and was told I could get my original Verizon cell phone back. When I arrived at the store at around noon on 6-23-2015, it was a different story. I was told since I signed the contract, they had already sent back my phone. When I brought it to T-Mobile staff attention my data had not been transferred, and my phone was not already shipped, staff came up with a second excuse that I signed away my rights to my Verizon phone. According to RCW63.14.154, and especially(a) The seller shall, without request, refund to the buyer within ten days after such cancellation all deposits, including any down payment, made under the contract or charge agreement and shall return all goods traded in to the seller on account or in contemplation of the contract less any reasonable costs actually incurred in making ready for sale the goods so traded in; I have a right to cancel this service and obtain my original phone. My Verizon cell phone is not of any value to them and they were already keeping a re-stocking fee for each phone adding up to $ 100. I asked them to call the regional manager, and the manager on duty told me he would not. Half an hour later the on site manager admitted he had left a message for his manager. I called the police to have record of my complaint. I used the staff’s phone. Two officers arrived, indicated it was a civil matter, and I received an AP number. They spoke to staff and staff indicated they might want to NOTRESPASS me. The officer told me if they did that, they should return my Verizon phone. When the staff realized this, they decided against that idea. I did not ever yell or threaten anyone in this establishment. I left the store with the T-Mobil phone that did not yet contain all of my data, and went back to my Verizon store where I was forced to purchase two more phones. My loss at this time: * Restock fees $ 100 * Purchase another phone in order to return to Verizon $ 200 * Purchase another phone for mother $ 20 * 6 hours of time spent * Lost data promised to me(all important text messages)

this place just ripped me off for 100 dollars. we went in there 12 days ago wanting to switch providers. we had t mobile before and didnt get a lot of dropped calls so we wanted to give them a shot again. we were talking to one of the sales reps and we were both told«you have 14 days to try t mobile out. if you dont like the service we will refund your money and you’re not locked into a contract.» that reassuring us we decided to make the purchase on 2 phones. over 2 weeks my wife had about 5 dropped calls per day or more she spends a lot of time on the phone for work. and i lost about 1 per day(i make 1 to 3 calls per day) not to mention all the problem with the phone their selves. so we decided to return the phones. once at the store we were welcomed with a 50DOLLARPERPHONE restocking fee that the sales rep made sure not to tell us about but instead said that they would refund out money instead.
