Sleep Train Mattress Centers

I am so disappointed. We walked into this location and were the only people in the store, the sales rep Joe introduced himself and we told him what we were looking for. We asked him up front about the financing options because we are still building our credit. We told him that the «in house» option would be best fit for us. After finding a mattress, he sat down with us and asked all the normal address, phone, Ssn questions to get qualified. Then proceeded to run our credit through every option they have, then told us we don’t qualify. Then I asked if that was for the «in house» and he said no, he didn’t check that one… Umm ok, that’s the only one we wanted. So we asked him to do that and he proceeded to try and talk us out of it, refused to look into what our monthly payment would be, and was extremely rude. He just kept insisting that we should do the 3 month same as cash… Well if we had $ 1700 to purchase a mattress out of pocket we would have done that. What a horrible customer service person. I will never go back to that Sleep country/​Train.

My husband and I were very impressed with this location of Sleep Country. We decided to stop in the store because we live close and have been considering upgrading to a king size. Dianne was so helpful and knowledgeable. She made trying out the mattresses easy by helping us find pillows that were the closest to the ones we use at home, then walking us through a personalized order of mattresses according to our preferences. She was able to save us a ton of cash by price matching a competitor (and then going even lower) and making us aware of the Unilocal bed frame discount. Also, Dianne showed personal caring attention, making sure that this preggo had water throughout the visit. We weren’t even planning on buying anything and our king mattress, box springs, and frame get delivered tomorrow night! Good one, Dianne; you got us!

Placed an awesome mattress on layaway today. The shopping experience was excellent. Daryl is educated, professional, low pressure and personable. We would refer any friend or family to Daryl. Thank you for a relaxed environment & specials on quality products.

Was shopping around quite a bit before I decided to visit this location as I heard good things about this place. I was very pleased that I did! Kyle and Matt both helped so much. I didn’t know much about mattresses but I came out knowing what to look for and why (oh, and a new mattress!).
I found the same mattresses here that I found at other places for much less and I can’t wait to get in to my new bed. I really liked this place because I felt comfortable. Kyle does an awesome job explaining the perks of each mattress and why certain things are important to have. Personally I feel I was able to make a better decision because I was comfortable and these guys were so confident that I couldn’t really not make a purchase.
My advice, make a trip to at least see and talk to these guys. They know their mattresses and since you spend more than half your life on them, might as well get to know what’s best.

Great experience! Kyle was very knowledgeable on all the different mattress styles and even recommended which pillows to use for a better sleep experience.

Joe Rupa is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and patient. Also great follow up skills.
We purchased our first tempur pedic mattress from Sleep Country. Joe stayed an hour after closing and helped us pick out the right mattress along with pillows, bed sheet and protective covers. Best part was that he helped us save over $ 1200.
