Another Jersey Mike’s and another great place to get a philly cheesesteak. The service is always fast and friendly. I always order to go but I have no quarrels with the staff or location itself. The only reason that it’s short that 5th star really is that despite ordering online to skip the line, I always end up having to wait in line anyways because they’re usually pretty busy during lunch time. Overall though I’m a fan of Jersey Mike’s, it tops out all the other competitors for freshness and quality and bang for buck. I just wish they would deliver!

Came by yesterday on my lunch break and I usually don’t eat out much. So stopped in to Jersey Mikes and the Manager Kayla ended up helping me and had a great conversation with her. The customer service was just amazing, I am definitely glad I decided to eat out for lunch. And will definitely be returning on Kaylas behalf. Greatly ran store; and a great team of young folks.

I am so happy to have discovered this establishment. The Chicken Chipotle Cheesesteak is worth every penny. Absolutely delicious. I don’t even want to order anything else and if I could I would eat it for every meal. Thank you, Jersey Mike’s!

Changing my review to 2 stars from 4. Dont get me wrong the sandwiches are DELICIOUS when available. I worked fast food long ago & I get wanting to go home, and as a business owner I realize waste $$$. But in the last 10 days I’ve stopped by 3 times. First night 8:20pm, «sorry we only have wheat bread» I wanted white for my «big kahuna» but no worries… wheat fine. still taste good. A few night’s later figured I’d give another chance… again coming in around 8:20ish…told the same, only wheat, no white bread… hmm. ok I’ll take wheat again although not what I hoped for. MAIN reason to lower the rating from 4 to 2 is I went again tonight same time & was told they had NO bread! I could have a wrap or a salad. I didn’t come in for that, I love the«Big Kahuna» steak sandwich & don’t have a problem paying the $ 15 it cost. But it’s only available in early hours of the day it seems… not regular business hours as posted on their door.

This place is a joke… well at least the employee I just dealt with. They refused to serve my 5 year old daughter and I because they are lazy and it is 25 mins until they close… not happy, never again!

Its jersey mikes kind of a staple sub place. Better than subway and not bad in a pinch… still its a chain and I’m not a big chain type of guy

A bit pricey. However much fresher ingredients and quality is better the subway or other area competitors in my opinion. Always friendly service, clean and fast. The employees are always chatty and friendly which is a nice pace for Seattle area. A bit on the pricey side, Sandwiches chips for two is around $ 20.

This place was alright. I have seen them all over Auburn and thought I would finally try it out. The menu is kind of annoying and overpriced. It’s one of those places where you have to decide, «Well, do I want to be hungry when I’m done or order so much food that I can’t eat it all?» They have a 5 inch, 7 inch, or a 14 inch sandwich, and since I had never been there I thought I would go with the 14 inch since I didn’t know if the 7 inch would fill me up. I don’t feel having a 5 and 7 inch is very practical either. Maybe they should have like a 4, 8, or 12, or something. It’s like… do you want a mini sub, a small sub, or a GIANT sub? No middle ground. I ordered our two sandwiches and it seemed really disorganized and chaotic. I ended up sliding down the line and stood there as three customers passed me by and had their orders while the girl in the back was still fiddling around with my order. I couldn’t believe that it was $ 30 just for two sandwiches. At that point, I couldn’t say I didn’t want to pay, but I wanted to. I just thought I would grab a sandwich for lunch and try out a new place, and now I’m $ 30 in the hole. I probably won’t be back. Nothing too special and not worth spending that much money in my eyes. I would actually rather have a sandwich from Jimmy John’s or Subway for the price.

How many fast food sandwich shops can there be in one area? Between Jimmy John’s, Subway, Blimpie’s, and all the rest it’s easy to get tired and worn-out of cold sandwiches. This place is okay nothing spectacular. Decent food, decent sandwich, and decent service. I would be back next time I’m in the area for lunch.

We went there with our Son and Grandkids — and we should have left once we sensed the atmosphere — disorganization and bad attitude. They had 3 people on staff and one customer but we stood and waited for a few minutes before they even offered to help. We ordered and they seemed confused as to how to take the order. When it came to my turn — I ordered the Famous Roast Beef Sandwich. The lady handed me a order paper — a slip with my order on it(none of the others got one). They said they had all the sandwiches made and when I went up to pay — i handed them my ticket and they looked at me. Did I want the number 17 they asked HUH first question — why would I have the ticket. Second question — what is 17 third question — where is my sandwich. They said it(number 17) was what I ordered — A Jersey Mike Famous Philly.(Two if of my family heard me order and they all said that was not what I said) How is that like a Roast Beef Sandwich. They next asked do I want to change my order ?? No — I want my Famous Roast Beef Sandwich. They grumbled and finally someone appeared to start making it — meanwhile other sandwiches are rolling down the line. No apology — no one even looked embarrassed. Now my family has their meals and I am standing waiting while other get helped before me. They could see I was upset so they decided to push my sandwich along. Worse service I have ever received at a fast food place. Three employees — total don’t care if you buy or not and if they mess up — so what — go somewhere else. To add«insult to injury» — they are not cheap and their food is not that special. If I have one message for others — it is follow their suggestion — go somewhere else. PS — there is a good sandwich place across the street. A foot note — when you walk up — the sidewalk in front of the place has garbage all over — seems like they would have sweep up. Not a little garbage but like someone dumped a garbage bag.

Not nearly the size and scope of the store in Fort Myers Florida but they do have awesome subs. This place is worth every cent spent. My fav is ‘The Big Kahuna’…a cheesesteak. If you ever get one you will know what I mean or what they mean by ‘BIG’. I add stuff and they don’t charge extra unless you add bacon. lol They offer their rewards program, so let them plug you info into their system and every time you buy a sub, just be sure to remind them and you might get a deal on that very next sammich. Its a really quiet location over by the Outlet Mall. I hope more folks go keep them busy. If you eat too much, you can go shopping afterwards and work it out. I had to google my way there for the first visit. Now I can find my way blindfolded. LOL j/k

I go here occasionally since I work near the Outlet Collection, and I’m usually disappointed. There is a large selection of pork products and white cheeses, the subs are ok, but they don’t have cheddar cheese. The employees are friendly, but they don’t seem to be paying attention. One visit my sandwich wasn’t added to the production line and I ended up waiting over 15 minutes, only to finally receive the WRONG sandwich! Another visit my chips and cookie were switched with another person’s box lunch. Even when they do make your food right they are SLOW. The most recent time the orders were called in ahead and it still took 20 minutes longer than they said. Bottom line is skip this store unless you have the patience of a saint.

This place has probably some of the best subs I have ever tasted. The whole Italian thing it’s a little cliché but if you make gray subs that doesn’t even matter. If you come here hungry definitely get the giant size and get you sub Mike’s way. I had the original Italian and it was great. I would recommend this place to other people. And the friendly staff is a plus.

This is my favorite sub shop in Auburn. The meats are freshly sliced, they have philly cheesesteaks freshly grilled and are generous with the toppings. I love the rosemary parmesan bread they have but I guess it’s just seasonal. They have three sizes, mini, regular and large. I usually get a large and can eat about half and save the other half for later… take note that I usually order a footlong sub from subway and can finish it. The regular size is half the size of the large. The prices are a little more expensive, almost $ 13 for the large sub, but like I said, it’s enough to eat in two meals. A regular sub will run you about $ 7.50. There are some variances in prices based on the type of sub. Beverages are Pepsi products, they also sell chips and cookies. There is also a frequent buyers club. Last comment, it is not super fast like Jimmy Johns. You will usually have to wait a few minutes(remember they freshly slice their meats). I usually call ahead for to go and it has worked out great. Jersey Mike’s is definitely worth checking out!

I had originally came here to get a Quizno’s sandwich, but to my surprise this location is now a Jersey Mikes, so went in and got a Big Kahuna minus the Mushrooms and jalapenos– it was good, I have to say– way better then Subway or Jimmy Johns(But not as good as Firehouse Subs or Quiznos) Overall, was impressed and would get their sandwich again.

This location just opened up a couple weeks ago and my co-workers have been raving about it on a daily basis. I’m not a big fan of sub sandwiches but the bread is fresh and they slice the meat right in front of you, the line moves pretty quickly and the staff was friendly. It’s a little pricey for my taste plus since it’s really new, everybody and their mom is eating lunch there. I was a little disappointed but I think my co-workers just hyped it up too much and I was expecting some magical sub sandwich. if I was big on sandwiches, I might be more excited about this place but to me, it’s not all that different from Jimmy Johns, Quizno’s, or Subway. I certainly will be back since it’s just across the street from the business park plus I want to try a couple other items on the menu.
