Ugh… I am a fan of Subway, however this one SUCKS! How hard is it to smile? How hard is it to comprehend an order? How hard is it really, to make a sandwich, ON the bread! My sandwich was wrapped so horribly that when I opened it, all my ingredients were in the paper, not on the bread… and the people «working,» are SO rude! I’m sorry that you don’t want to be here, working, maybe you should quit your job and be a drain on society! Would that make you smile? Happy? Anything other than rude?

What’s there to really say. I would usually give any place even a chain 3 stars for doing a standard service job. However, I walked up to the counter and wasn’t greeted until I started staring at the girls to make my sandwich. I got the cold cut combo on white bread. Pretty regular. However, I said, «Mayo and that’s it.» To which the girl assumed I said mustard… the worst. At that point I was starving and too famished to make a big deal about it so I let it go. However, I am not a quiet person, so I know she just didn’t listen. Training is desperately needed. At this point the Subway name is a pretty good representation of what it means to degrade the value of your brand.
