Don’t believe any of the positive reviews on Unilocal about this shop. The owner is manipulative and throws shade at competitors, employees and anyone else he can lay blame on. Took my car in for an oil change and it took forever. Service was rude as well. They need to work on their own act instead of blaming others and being negative.

I was late to my appointment yet they still took my car in during the late afternoon. All of the maintenance which was required was explained and my bill was more than reasonable. The staff here is current and astute with their knowledge. I will of course be back soon. They may take a little extra time, but in the end it is worth every extra minute.

I took my car here for an oil change today. I was told it would take between 30 and 45 minutes. I left my car there and came back 50 minutes later. I was then told that it was not done yet. I was told that a technician left for lunch without communicating it to anyone else. The job took 80 minutes, well over the amount of time I was told. Clearly, this is not it well run business. I was late returning to my job because of this.

I don’t know about this shop. I called them, they said to come in the next day in the morning. Went in to get my car diagnose. The guy in the front desk was not even helpful one bit. He told me about what gas I should use. Then got a phone call, was on the phone for 30 – 35 min. forever, didn’t say anything to me or the other guy that came in.
The whole time I was sitting there. He was on the phone. It was really weird! Finally a lady drove up, came in went to the front desk. Ask me what I needed. Told her what I needed. An she said live your # will call you to come in tomorrow. After they just told me to bring my car in. Anyways never got the phone call!!! Ended up going to other shop
