Pretty good place to get a coffee and a donut for your morning commute. At times the line can get backed up. The best time to visit is 8:30−11am during the weekdays. There isn’t a ton of choices in town for a quick coffee so this place gets lots of traffic. I normally stick with a simple order and everything goes pretty smoothly. The baked goods are always fresh when I go but sometimes they sell out of items. Overall a great place to stop.

Says 24 hours, doors locked but there are people inside who aren’t even paying us attention. I’m calling corporate

Kept trying despite past failures. The past 4 visits did not disappoint. Large quantities of multiple types of donuts. They must have heard me complain!

Although I repeated my order 3 times they still fudged it all up. I swear it’s not hard, Carmel iced coffee, xx cream, xx Carmel, reg sugar, ez ice. How hard can that be after 3 repeats lol. Bye bye #DunkinDonuts I used to love you. Oh one last thing to be fair, they actually gave me napkins that’s a rare lol

I like the coffee here but they take forever. Every time I go in the employees are goofing off and talking with each other and not helping customers. It takes way to long just to get a cup of coffee. Most of the employees aren’t very smart. Simple request like, «do not slice my bagel» blows there minds. Most of the time they don’t pay you much attention when you order so the order is usually wrong. The only reason I go here is because it’s the only place in the area to get good coffee.

Very kind people taking orders and very helpful and willing to accommodate. Fresh, even when I went at 3am. Yummy coffee and delicious chicken croissant. Couldn’t have been happier.

Just visited this place this morning. Ordered combo and large ice tea with light ice. The cashier seemed like he is bored and doesn’t care either way I am standing there to order or not. When I asked if there was free refills on iced tea and coffee he was just busy day dreaming and had to repeat myself to him only to tell me flatly«no». When it was time to pay my order, the amount was overcharged but didn’t argue and paid the guy. I asked for light ice, it was almost to the 2⁄3. I didn’t complaint. The breakfast sandwich I got was so disgusting. The egg looks like its precooked. It’s all dried up. Also, I didn’t say anything. No use saying anything because You can’t correct stupid. Only had a few bites and had to trash it. I walked out of there disappointed since I do like their coffee. I doubt I will return back to this establishment.

I’ll never get tired of this Dunkin. I’m an everyday customer and the crew knows me by name as soon as I walk in and always has my order right and ready in minutes. And also might I say the brownie batter donut is delicious!!! It goes great with a mocha latte! Try it some time people, you won’t be disappointed.

SUPERSLOWSERVICE! It’s 9am and we were literally in the drive thru for 20mins! Would have left but were trapped in between other cars.

I’m from Massachusetts, birthplace of this holy establishment known as Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s literally one of the only things I couldn’t get over once I moved to Auburn. So let me tell you this is going to be a long and heartfelt review. Let me tell you… I heard the gossip of this place opening in the WINTERTIME and was already excited. I even was keeping in the back of my mind how far apartments were from this location before I would sign or renew a lease. I imagined that perfect satisfaction with my quick and delicious coffee/breakfast before work. Boy, was I wrong. This has literally got to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts to exist.(I thought it couldn’t get any worse than Columbus, GA) This location LITERALLY does not know how to make a coffee. They kept referring to my coffee as tea. I had ordered a couple donuts and 2 iced coffees with LITTLE cream. After I pulled up to the window, payed for my items, and waited… they decided to inform me they were all out of donuts. I was fine with that. I don’t understand how the 10 people working there couldn’t have figured that out before but, that’s okay. I really just wanted my coffee. I then waited another 5 minutes for them to figure out how to refund the money back to my credit card.(Do they not have an experienced MANAGER working here?) They then handed me a CUPOFCREAM. I can’t imagine there was any coffee in there seeing how it was full of practically white liquid. I handed it back and asked for less cream to only watch the workers point and stare. The coffee, or should I say«tea», came back even LIGHTER! They say«American Runs on Dunkin» but the only running I will be doing is AWAY from this establishment.
