Super grumpy lady who’s always there. I think she might need a hug and some flowers. The food is great. I could eat it all daaay. The prices are a bit steep though.

The last three times I’ve eaten here has been a huge disappointment, I’m sitting in the parking lot right now writing this. A 12 minute wait for an okay burger and cold fries. I admit my whole fast food meal revolves around my fries, if they are hot I can forgive most anything but these fries are cold and I just walked out of the place. From the time she handed me my bag to the time I ate my first(and only) fry was less than 2 minutes. I threw the rest in the trash, not worth eating. I will not be back to this place to eat again.

Their fries are better than any fast food place. Their burgers are cooked a little long, but great if you like your burgers cooked all the way through. The customer service is terrible. Since the new girls have started working there, it has become a little better. You get ignored by the cashier because they are sitting behind the counter, on their phone or talking with friends behind the counter. Who, I’m not even sure that they work there. Calling in your order will not make the wait any less. You show up to pick up a called in order and the employees scramble. Like they didn’t know you were coming. After all of that, the wait will be at least 20 minutes. That’s only if you get a burger and fries. If you order anything more, I imagine you are going to be in the restaurant for a while. At least they have TV while you wait. If it isn’t taken over by the employees or customers that linger in the corner, watching shows that aren’t in English. Overall, terrible if your looking for customer service. Great if you want a decent burger.

I tried here again today and it seems worse than before. It’s expensive, everything seems frozen or premade and while the burgers are actually decent, it’s not worth what they charge. The best part of coming here was the $ 5 off $ 10 Entertainment app coupon and the location; the problem is that all the restaurants in this complex are mediocre and overpriced, and seem to survive only because of GRCC students. You’re better off going to Wendy’s, Frugals, or Chicago Willy’s.

Well this is my favorite seafood ramen spot until the cook was recently changed this summer and nothing taste the same no more. After my first bite I knew something was up! Well I hope they get the old cook back because they are for sure about to loose one of their cheerleaders.

Bacon cheeseburger was good, but a bit overpriced. Don’t order the onion rings it’s $ 4.00 and they BARELYGIVEYOUANY. I got like 4 pieces and it wasn’t very good. Bacon cheeseburger was cooked nice, and the bacon was good. It was good, but nothing out of this world. Carl’s Jr. is better for fast food burgers. Food here is just expensive in general, you might as well go to red robin, for the prices given. I’d go here if I’m really craving a burger, but I probably won’t be coming back.

Update: this is probably our last time eating herfys. The cat fish is crumbly(frozen) and bland tasting. The ramen was just package ramen and was missing from our order, why cost $ 7. If the quality was there I would agree but it isnt.

Here’s the thing, it’s basically dine in fast food(think the LA version of dicks). The service/food is nowhere near the quality of a red robin or Applebee’s, more on par with Burger King/jack in the box. The problem is it is priced like a red robin or Applebee’s. Combos start at $ 10 and individual burgers at $ 7. You can get a combo burger meal with lettuce/tomato/pickles/onion/ect. For $ 5 at the Grcc cafeteria down the road. If I could get a combo meal for $ 5 – 6 here it might be worth it. But $ 10+ per visit for essentially bk/jack in the box food isn’t possible for me. On a side note, the staff seems like they’ve really just given up on the place. The line cook is more social than the server, which makes me think maybe the Asian server lady is the owner and she’s disappointed that her business is failing. There just isn’t any sense of pride in the work, and it made for a somewhat depressing experience considering I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time. I’ll give 2 stars because the burger was alright, and the cook seemed like a good guy. I got the jalapeño burger and it tasted like a bk whopper with jalapeños added on, but slightly larger(1/3lb patty). Criticism to owner: switch to regular steak fries, the ribbed fries look like something my mom made from Fred met

We spent way too much for three people(35), and two of us split a single meal, that’s ridiculous, for that price we could have had a sit down dinner and been waited on, and all of us are still hungry! But that’s not it, the floor was filthy, not a single television was on, and when we said something to the employees, all we got were excuses for a run down restaurant. We won’t be back.

Yummy-ness Fries are fantastic. …fry sauce even better. Burgers are good but not awesome. I miss Whataburger!

The absolute worst food we left after 45 min wait. Not even good for dog food. Don’t ever eat here. Left forty dollars of dog meat on the table. Demanded money back.

I have been to the Herfys in Kent, which I like, but this particular location is awful. Got soggy, undercooked fries(when I specifically asked for them to be well done). When we told the lady behind the cash register about the soggy fries, she offered to throw them back into the deep fryer to cook longer(after we had already touched them and a half eaten fry was sitting in the basket) Ew! Talk about unsanitary! We have never been back. Service is also unfriendly and slow.

I wouldn’t recommend dining here, unless you enjoy outrageous waiting times for over priced food.

Overpriced, first of all. My husband got the BBQ beef burger, which was just a ¼lbs of beef, slathered with bbq sauce, between two buns. For $ 6. Where the tomato, lettuce, onions and pickles were? I have no idea. The chili cheese fries are chili beans and cheese on top of crinkle cut fries, which were a little burnt. $ 5 for burnt chili beans, and a little bit of too crispy fries? Never again. My husband thought his burger tasted like a big McRib, he wanted me to give 1 star for that at least. I’m never coming back here again, I’d rather spend that much at Red Robin if I want a burger. Also, I felt very unwelcome the moment I walked in. The chef in the back kept staring at us, and the Asian lady in front kept giving us dirty looks. I’m Asian too, what’s the deal? We were nice and polite, why the looks? So strange.

My husband and I are huge burger lovers. But it’s always difficult for us to find burgers that have good, fresh, ingredients, that have meat that is cooked just right and not charred, not cold. Well Herfy’s definitely delivers. I tried their bacon cheeseburger and it was delish! Nice juicy burger, FLAT and crisp bacon. I mention this because Red Robin charges higher prices for their bacon cheeseburger and the meat isn’t cooked as well and the bacon is limp and it’s all wadded up. Who the heck wants a wadded up piece of bacon on their burger? How the heck are you supposed to eat that? We ordered the chili cheese fries which were also wonderful. Totally covered with chili and cheese, not like some places where you get a tiny dab of chili and cheese. Their prices are somewhere in between fast food and a sit down restaurant. But easily worth the extra expense. The only thing is the wait can be rather long.

This is a very weird restaurant. First, the outside says«Herfy’s» however the inside menu says«Heftys» so this is a very shady location and I honestly don’t know if this is a legitimate franchise or not. It doesn’t matter though… I will not go back. I’ve never been to a Herfy’s Burgers in my life. The name alone sounds like some loser that sits around and eats tubs of lard all day. Moving past the name, I decided to give it a try since it’s close to my house. When I walked in, an Asian woman with a lifeless, expressionless face stood there staring back at us. No «Hi, welcome to Herfy’s/Hefty’s! What can I get for you?» Behind her was a chef that had nothing better to do than stare at us as we ordered. His expression was«I will probably spit in your burger if I don’t like the way you look back at me.» It was also«I hate my job, I hate customers, I hate my life.» After ordering 1 chicken burger and 1 combo meal, the total came to $ 18+. I didn’t bother checking the receipt but that seems very high for a combo meal and one sandwich. I could have got more value from McDonalds or well… anywhere else. After getting the food home, the burger was just OK. The bun was kind of stale. I had a jalapeño burger. It was really just pretty dull. The curly fries were the type of fries you’d expect to buy at the fair — greasy, can give you a heart attack. My wife didn’t even finish her chicken sandwich because she disliked it so much. In summary, I’d give this restaurant a 2⁄5 because: 1. The Asian woman can’t speak English, can’t add properly, lacks customer service 2. The chef looks like he just got out of prison and stares intimidatingly at customers 3. The food was sub-par and overall… slightly below average. 4. The inside menu either has a spelling error or this is not a legitimate Herfy’s Burger location. I will never go back personally. It’s not like they care anyways.

Wow, what a bad experience. Waited 45 min for our food and while we waited the main person taking the orders(I think she was the owner) literally had no clue on customer service. Several customers while we waited already complained about missing meals in the order and she looked lost. Ok now to the food. Mushroom burger was decent, a little cold but nothing to brag about. I warned my wife not to order the following items but don’t argue with a pregnant woman — seafood basket oysters/cod might as well eat a shoe from the ocean. Hot wings were dry and barely smothered with not enough frank red hot sauce. The most memorable item was the fry sauce. Final verdict — keep away. Take a extra 15 min to drive to 5 guys.

Dude, I’ve got no complaints. This is just a very classic, solid, representation of the all American burger. I don’t believe it’s worth 5 stars but a solid burger none the less. If I had any complaints it would be that it’s a little pricey but the all you can pump fry sauce definitely makes up for that. However, one thing is for sure and that is that you won’t leave hungry. So bring your appetite and a couple extra bucks then what your use to spending on fast food and belly up to the bar at this Auburn staple. I myself will look forward to devouring many a Herfy burger for years to come.

Great local burger chain – clean location, decent prices, and killer milkshakes. Everything I’ve had here is way better than say McD’s, BK, or Wendy’s. recommended.

Herfy burger = delicious. This is the is the cleanest Herfy Burger location I’ve been to. The menu isn’t handwritten and it has some oriental food on it. The food is fantastic. The shakes are delicious. They have two TVs and they are on different channels. It takes 7 to 10 minutes to get your meal.
