Chicken teriyaki & chicken Katsu are by far my favorite items, often only order those two. :) I wish the salad dressing wasn’t so runny, I want to enjoy it, the sauce keeps running off the salad. Sometimes I throw the salad away. :(

A friend and I ate here for lunch, he had the pork fried rice and I had the chicken bowl. Both our meals came out within 10 minutes, hot and fresh. I really liked the chicken bowl which was a great value at 6 $. Also the staff were very attentive, my friend dropped his fork on accident and literally within 10 seconds someone came out with a clean one! Restaurant was clean, seating as adequate and they had a TV going with the news on which was nice. All in all, a pretty decent Asian /Teriyaki place.

Outstanding short ribs! Although the salad was thinly sliced cabbage, I thought that was kind of weird. Dressing was sweet, maybe that’s teriyaki salad dressing standards. Gyoza was a rip off, it was $ 5.99 for a 10-piece, when I can get a plate full of beef for $ 10.99! Bubble tea was NOT liquid-y like most places, it was thick like smoothie and tasted like yogurt slush. However, the jellies were the best jellies I’ve ever had!!! Two thumbs up for jellies! Lastly, there was this fly just flying around fighting for food! I’m semi ok if it flies around out of my sight, but when it lands on my daughter’s plate, that’s a no no!

I’ve been here many time and the food was fine, nothing to write home about. It’s a dime a dozen teriyak place, food is plain(beacaue it’s hard to mess up teriyaki) the only thing that annoyed me was the fact that the chicken is drowned in sauce, but if you can get past that it’s fine.

I’ve been here over 15 times, mostly because there are not too many options around Lea Hill unless you drive a min. of 7 – 10 minutes. — Food it’s ok, portions are ok, looks like there is a lot because they use very small plates(I been to too many teriyaki places to know this). — Customer service is horrible, they barely talk to you(specially the older male), they talk just to give you the total. — I usually order to go, so if you want any type of sauce(teriyaki, hot, etc.), they will charge you for it. You should at least give one free sauce to your frequent customer, specially if you have seen them for over 8 times in a month!!! — Most of the time that I paid with cash, they don’t run it through their register! TAXFRAUD!!! So I suggest that you do not pay with cash. Since most of it’s negative, I barely go here now, I gave them too many chances to better themselves.

Nice place to go if u like rice. The owners are Korean and really friendly! I have tried there for many times since last year though it’s another location(next to. The Neely. station) I always order Fried rice combo and gyoza cuz their yakisoba and teriyaki rice are too sweet. As a Chinese, I feel their chinese rice dishes are not very close to Chinese Style but it is still a good choice to go!!!

For Lea hill, it’s nice to to have a fresh food option. Love that both Chinese and Japanese food is served giving a ton of options. I’ve been 10+ times and every time the whole family leaves satisfied.

The customer service is always good and friendly. The food is good, kinda greasy. I like it here

Looks like it’s being run by two middle aged korean men now and a Hispanic looking dude in the back cooking. Service is brusque but do you really go to a teriyaki joint to chit chat? The price is average but portions are plentiful. The chicken was hot. The salad was fresh. I’ll be back.

I love going here when I’m super hungry! Very convenient and the food tastes good enough for me to be satisfied. You don’t need to wait long and the waitress, Mary is very friendly! Did i mention, the chicken katsu and beef is my favorite?!

Some of the best quick teriyaki/Chinese food that I’ve found in recent memory. We just recently moved to the Lea Hill neighborhood and stopped at this place once on a whim and got the Kung Pow Chicken with a side order of Gyoza and each were fantastic. I have only had a few things on the menu so I can’t speak to some of the negative reviews but what I’ve had has been great. Service is good(although I take out most of the time).

This was my first time here and I have to say I’m not impressed. It is slightly over priced for one. I ordered the sesame chicken(my favorite Chinese dish) with high hopes but what ventured out of the kitchen was chicken(the fry and the batter was done well) drizzled with an overly garlicky sweet sauce with sesame noodles sprinkled on top. The flavor resembled orange chicken more than anything. I will probably give them another try and try their teriyaki chicken.

The food here is ok, but really nothing special-it’s generally just bland pan-asian mediocrity. Pricing is about average but the portions are a bit small. I did have a BOGO coupon, so i can’t really complain too much, but that was the best thing about the visit. I think they manage to stay open by catering mostly to GRCC students who don’t know what good teriyaki is.

Excellent, fresh food. Their chicken breast teriyaki is among the best I’ve ever had. There is a younger server/cashier who works there most weekends — her service is atrocious with snide comments, poor attitude, etc, but the food has always been great.

I had a meat and rice craving, and this place was the closest meat and rice eatery, so out of convenience I dropped… …ANDHURRAYTHAT I DID!!! :DDDD They had the usual teriyaki menu, gyoza, mixed with some chinese. Kung Pao chicken, orange chicken, hot and sour soup. I opted for the BBQRIBS($ 9.99). Awesome portion of meat, rice and salad. Served hot and the ribs had a sweeter than usual sauce that I enjoyed a lot. They had a nice flow of people coming in during lunch time, which is always a good sign. And the service was friendly and quick. Next time around I want to try the soups too. :)

I ordered yakisoba here. They used spaghetti noodles. Maybe I’m a noodle-ist but I was really annoyed to have the wrong type of noodles in my foodles. They also didn’t have a lot of veggies, cabbage, or meat in the yakisoba. There isn’t rooster sauce at the table either. Pros: they have an extensive menu which may or may not be better.

The food is always really good and fresh. Love the spicy chicken teriyaki and the orange chicken is usually pretty good too. They could be a bit more friendly though with their service.

Local Teriyaki joint on Lee Hill. One of several restaurants under an apartment complex. Your typical teriyaki with some Chinese items on the menu. Friendly staff. Good service. I like the Short rib and Spicy chicken teriyaki, don’t forget the Hot and Sour soup.
