Ordered take out because I have heard good things. Terrible rice, and almost no beef in the beef and broccoli. They should call it broccoli with sauce and a little beef. Definitely not a fan!

I ordered the Koko cocktail that said it contained fresh coconut water and was served in a coconut shell. There was no coconut water, was NOT served in a coconut shell, was FULL of ice, and was extremely weak. I am easily effected by alcohol and can say there was no alcohol in this cocktail or very, very little. I ordered the Enchanted Specialty sushi roll for $ 13.95 that was supposed to contain tuna. salmon, cucumber, avocado, and mango. Well, when it came out, it was a regular spicy tuna roll($ 5) with some thick mango sauce drizzled over it, yet I was still charged $ 13.95 for a $ 5 roll. This is not good quality sushi… it’s the fast food version of sushi. Also, I went in around 3:00 and the place was pretty empty, yet they still tried to rush me to order and to leave. I’ve been here several times, and this always is the case. Next time I will send the food back.

We visited Jasmines today for a birthday celebration. We had a pu pu platter & pork fried rice. The platter was good except the chicken finger coating was raw and mushy inside. Not edible in my book. The pork fried rice had a musty bean sprout taste. No other taste at all. It was terrible so we sent it back and of course it came back hot in a dish but the exact same taste. I’m thinking they heated it up and put it in a new bowl. Horrible. The bartenders were very staunch. Lacking in the happy bartender category. The drinks were sub par, my scorpion bowl crazy small. I’m giving it two stars and even that is generous.

I had made reservations a week in advance for a Teppanyaki table for a group of 12 people. They called me that day and confirmed the reservation. They also stated when they called that everyone needs to be on time because they have a lot of reservations, which I passed the message along to all the people invited. They called me at 5:05, which was 5 min past the reservation time wondering where I was. We arrived at 5:08 and mostly everyone was there. They asked 2 more times within about 10 min of getting there if everyone was coming and if we could call them. We ended up having 2 no shows and 2 people that were late. They were nice enough to split the check with each person, so we didn’t have to figure it out on our own. I have a dairy allergy, so I let them know right away that I couldn’t have any butter. They made my food in the kitchen, which was accommodating, but I was also a little sad because it took away from the experience. I have been to another establishment that was super accommodating of my allergy and I was still able to have the same experience, so this was a little disappointing. The food was good, the service was ok. I will still go back, but I highly recommend that you do not get a Teppanyaki table with that many people unless you can guarantee everyone will show up and be on time.

Not the best food… Yong shing is the best… I managed to see a table being«cleaned» behind my mom… And the lady didn’t even spray anything on the table… She just wiped the table with rag… The rag was probably used on every table… Gross!!! The food was ok… Kinda weird… The sushi was typical make at your home… It has a nice bar with a hibachi! They have party events and it’s huge!!! It’s $ 11 for lunch on Sunday! It’s nice price for ok food… Very dark in here… And huge inside!

The food here is very good. I was there on Saturday Feb. 13th. What disturbed me was the politically incorrect way the staff are treated. The sign on the door clearly states we close at 11:00 pm. If they left us alone we would have been done and out and HAPPY by 10:30. We arrived around 9:15 expecting a relaxing girls night out. They started throwing us out at 10;00. Constantly interrupting our conversation. So annoying. So rude. Jasmine has 4 dining rooms. The Bar, the grill tables, the sushi, and buffet. The buffet dining room closes first. So why were we sat where we were when there was plenty of space in the sushi and bar dining rooms? So it was a mistake on there end of seating choices. I talked to the young attractive Asian female manager on duty. She explained that the staff that operates that dining room have to be done by 10:00 pm. I am like you are the manager everything is done. All you would have to do is wipe one table and remove 10 dishes(the 10 includes flatware glasses and cloth napkins). She looked at me with such disgust I wish I had a picture. She is clearly above pitching in. Even though SHE seated us incorrectly in the first place. The staff in the dining room were afraid of something. Her? Losing their job? Who knows just weird. I do not like someone new to this country working through a language barrier having to deal with what I saw as abusive behavior. Just keep your eyes open next time you are at Jasmine.

For $ 8.99 for lunch buffet, go to the Four Seasons Buffet on Boston RD(RT20) in Springfield MA and really see what a great buffet is all about. There you’ll find the nigiri and maki made to order and fresh with many choices and with a huge selection of steam table and chilled foods to select from. Here at the Jasmine at $ 9.99 lunch buffet, I found two maki selections premade and sitting there that were bland. The fish filling on one was warm although the plate was on ice and it tasted like catfood. The spring rolls were obviously made from frozen having mushy cabbage and an overall void of any flavor. The worst that I have ever had. Not enjoyable. .not edible. The hot dishes were gross, mushy, overcooked, sitting too long, bland and subpar. The signs were not positioned properly above the meals so I ate something that I wouldn’t have otherwise. Vegetarian selections were only two offered. Our table leg was broken, literally. We had to change tables. The place is worn and past it’s prime. We have been coming here off and on for the last three years. This will be the last time. A huge floor fan was blowing onto the two urinals in the men’s room for some unexplained reason. It felt like I was standing in a typhoon. Really, if you think that this is the best, I really do wonder how you eat. We will not return here.

Fairly decent sushi. Waitress was nice and attentive. I’m in the area only for one night and would come here again. It does the job!

Packed restaurant and fresh food when I ate there around 1PM, which is definitely what you want when you go to a Chinese buffet! The more people there are the better I feel about eating the food. Can’t ask for more than hot, decent food. Not the best Chinese food, but I’ve have MUCH worse. Would give around 3.5 stars.

While the food I got was fine they forgot part of the order. For that reason I can’t recommend them and I won’t be going back. If you go be sure to the order before you accept it.

I tried primarily sushi here, hoping to find good sushi close to home after I moved near Auburn. Disappointingly, the sushi and the limited amount of other food that I tried at Jasmine was decidedly mediocre. Yong Shin is only about 10 minutes from Jasmine and has better food on all fronts(although Jasmine has better service than Yong Shin)

I have never been disappointed at Jasmine. We eat there regularly. The lunch buffet is huge — tons of choices: pu-pu offerings, noodle dishes, soups, veg sushi, desserts, rices, fresh fruit… So much food! I have also been for ‘drinks & apps’ in the bar, a large party in the back room, and casual dinner from the menu. All experiences were good. Good service, delicious food, clean dining area.

WE went here for the lunch buffet today. It was huge! We went to the Mandarin the other day in Milford and I have to say that Jasmine was much better. I tried so many things and honestly I didn’t have anything that was gross or that I didn’t like or finish. I tried an eggroll, crab rangoons, a chicken skewer, some boneless pork ribs, california roll sushi, some sauted shrimp and surimi, green beans, honey chicken, sesame chicken, chicken and broccoli, lo mein noodles(which for a change were actually good). They had four different tables to choose from, everything was fresh and tasty looking, not like it had been sitting there for hours or anything. If anything it’s the first asian buffet I have been too where I had a hard time not just eating everything because everything was very enticing. I did try a piece of sushi that had salmon in it that I didn’t like, and one deep friend scallop. Other then that it was all good, fresh, and high quality. Dessert was all mini pieces of like chocolate cake, cream puffs, and some mini eclairs. None of those rocked my world but I was way to full by then to really care. Total cost was $ 12.17 with tip! Not to bad for lunch I think! Definitely recommend the buffet!

This place is another one of our sushi/sashimi favorites! Drinks are always great and service to! We almost always order more than enough food so we have meals for, at least, the next two days. Nothing goes to waist: the food is just too good and, the portions: very large! Just had to take a quick picture before this dish disappeared.

Jasmine… What happened!!! We enjoyed the Jasmine take out and dine in from the moment they opened the doors until just about a year ago and then each time we went it got perpetually worse!!! Everything from the duck sauce to the meals is ROUGH! I would now not recommend this to ANYONE!
