Always shady with pricing. Advertise one thing and then it ends up being a scam. The people who work here are almost all complete idiots. Go to a local shop, get some actual service. Not some dumb 16 year old girl who doesn’t have a clue.

The entire staff especially male manager BOB has a huge chips on their shoulders. Major attitude problems! They make it obvious how much they hate their jobs. Why would I spend my money there? We will purchase our 2 sets of glasses at a local small family Owned Optician. I also heard others complaining about the rude service while we waited…

Me and my boyfriend were from out of town and in desperate need of a pair of contacts. They were extremely helpful and was able to help us out! We were back on the road 30 minutes later. Dr. Patel was extremely helpful. 5 Stars!

Got a coupon for $ 100 off frames and lens so I called and asked if they accept EyeMed and advised I have a $ 100 off coupon. They scheduled my exam, I picked out frames, 1 ½ hours later when its time to pay they denied my coupon. In print smaller than a red ant it says on the «coupon» not valid if you have insurance. So basically my coupon was worthless and my portion of the payment still came out to $ 225.00. Im upset they didnt tell me up front or I would have stayed with my regular optomotrist. Then again, thats exactly why they DIDNT tell me up front. Well played Lenscrafters. Fool me once, shame on you. There wont be a twice.

I moved to southern PA and just had to call to have my exam records sent to my new optometrist, and the woman «helping» me on the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I’m glad I no longer patronize this business.
