Both my kids have had eye exams here. Only one needed glasses but the experiences have been great so far. 100% of my 5 year olds glasses were covered by insurance but I paid $ 30 out of pocket for a protection plan on them. 6 weeks in he snapped the hinges. Brought the glasses back in and they replaced the frame on the spot. BUT there was a $ 15 deductible. He has a scratch on one lens already, but I’m gonna wait to have that fixed as I’m sure it will be another deductible. I wish that was explained to me up front. But all in all they’re a great place to do business.
