Worst McDonalds in the country wait times are crazy even when its not busy. When theres a line they are slow to take peoples orders. Might as well be a sit down restuarant at this point except they aretoo rude for that

Ordering was fast and easy. The cashier in the drive thru was friendly and smiled when time to pay. My order was prepared quickly and correctly.

Awful! Storefront is filthy, and the service stinks! Just waited 10 minutes for my coffee that they said they would bring out to me but when I drove back up to the window, they try to play it off like they couldn’t find me! Really??? You couldn’t find me!!! Did you try looking in the parking spot behind the BIG SIGN THAT SAYS «RESERVED FOR DRIVE THROUGH»!!!

— Late night, slow crawl…
One of the slower McDonald’s, but one of the few 24-​hour options in Auburn. However, the reason I give it 2-​stars instead of one, is the daytime crew. They’re much quicker than the late-​night crew. It’s mostly used for sobering up by the AU students, after a late nighter at the local bars. And yes, the other reviewers are spot-​on about the long wait times in the drive-​thru. 5 – 25 minutes, is not a good average for any fast food location. Also, if you have kids, there is no PlayPlace at that location.
The managers are nice, and the daytime crew, but overall, not a great or even good McD’s. When in a pinch though at 1−3am, this is at least an option due to «meh» cleanliness. Would not recommend, unless you’re out of options or knock-​down drunk. ~~~ Happy eating! :)

20 min in line with two cars ahead of us. Horrible. 4 people working. I doubt either car ordered filet mignon.
I’m not sure what could take 4 people 20 min to make a couple of steamed burgers at 1am, but the didn’t taste like they were charcoal grilled or anything special. Just some regular old McDoubles. .. that took twenty min.
