McDonald’s

Not sure I would even give this a 1 star. We live near the McDonald’s so it’s easy to stop at fast food. It’s the worst fast food place I have ever been to. When I was 18 I worked at McDonald’s for about 1.5 years and my son is currently a crew trainer at another McDonald’s in auburn so I know how food is suppose to be. Items not missing!!! 75% of the time there are issues. Tonight my family spent $ 24.00 on food and out of that 40 pieces of chicken nuggets. On the receipt clearly shows the sauces listed… is it so hard to remember to put them in the bag!!! So frustrating and you want higher wages!!! Give me s break! To top it off, I tried to call 4 times and no one will answer the phone. Ugh wonder why??? McDonald’s Lakeland hills you get a big F grade…

Thank goodness I only come for for tea, but tea was out at self serve counter, had to go back and ask to get tea while waiting for tea I looked around the place what a mess. I would never let my family Eat here, so sad

Just got breakfast Egg McMuffin and the ham was rock hard and bun was burnt to a crisp.

Not your typical McDonald’s and while the manager is pleasant he’s not always aware of the national promotions. Case in point the all-​new all awful Crispy Buttermilk Chicken with fries and soft drink. He says you need a coupon but since we didn’t have one they did honor the «special deal» and after taking a bite of this mess wish he would not have. The staff is young, extremely slow and more often than not the food is cold. And as difficult as it may seem it only get worse when the manager/​owner is not present.

My worst experience ever at a McDonalds. I stopped at this Mcdonalds on Wednesday night at about 7:30pm. I was the only person in the dinning room. I went to the counter to order a Double Cheese Burger, small fries and 2 Oatmeal Cookies. I asked the Cashier if they had Oatmeal cookies which he replied yes we do. I completed my order and proceeded to go sit down. Thats when I noticed all the garbage on the floor. I then head one female employee burp really loud and all the staff including the two «Manager’s» laugh at it. Then I heard all the employee’s in the back laughing about how I order Oatmeal Cookies and they had to bake some because they were out. The employee’s thought this was hilarious and they could not stop laughing and saying «better get that Lady her special cookies». What is that suppose to mean?!? I then went up to the counter to get my food, My fries we cold, and my burger was half off the bun. After looking around at the state and conditions of this McDonalds I proceeded to walk over to the garbage can and throw my food out. I also talked to the «manager» who helped me and let him know how unprofessional it is to have employees laughing at a customer and burping. I also told him I dont want the cookies now because I dont know what the employees did to them. Why was it soooo funny that I order Oatmeal Cookies? He could not answer my question. I let him know I was not happy with my experience and that I would be writing a review. I would give 0 stars if I could and I will not be returning to that McDonalds EVER. The Owner needs to talk to his employee’s about be professional at work. If you can’t take your job serious then you shouldn’t be working. There are lots of people out there who need jobs and could do better. I also use quotes around the word «Manager» because an 18 year old has no business being a Manager or Shift leader if he can’t lead by example.

This McDonald’s is getting to be a joke. I’ve lived in the area for 7 years now and rarely do they get an order right. Always shorting food, straws, sauces, happy meal toys, and by the time you realize they missed something your home and don’t bother going back to get it corrected. Numerous occasions I’ve tried to order various food off their menu to be told they’re out of it for some reason too. Take the extra time to go to Bonney Lake. I’ve always had really good experiences at the restaurants up there, both fast food and sit down.

This McDonald’s is gross. Full of teenage kids that don’t seem to have a clue on how to serve fast frickin food… including the manager. The floors and tables are ALWAYS dirty, never clean. Unless you get there right when it opens. And they can barely ever get your order right. And they run out of ice, straws, and napkins too! I mean how hard is it to do things properly at a micky d’s!!!

Nasty, disgusting, terrible! I reluctantly dined here several months ago, and I have never had a worse experience at a McDonald’s. We went inside, ordered our food and then took our seats and everything was normal, right? But that when we noticed hundreds of ANTS climbing up the walls beside us! DISGUSTING! They were crawling everywhere so we want up to the counter to complain as anyone would, am I right? So this teenage girl worker comes over and checks it out. Her response, «Oh, just don’t tell anybody.» HOLY CRAP, ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Did she just say don’t tell anyone that there are ants crawling up the wall in their eating area? Terrible! Do not go here unless you’re an exterminator for goodness sake!

This McDonalds is always great. I’ve only gone through the drive thru so far so I don’t know about cleanliness. I last came through on ⁴⁄₁₇. Fast and efficient service !!
Great location. I would come back again.

A marvelous McDonalds. Fast drive through. Fast counter service. Plenty of seating. HD TV showing Football games.
Crew is very friendly, they even made me breakfast at 10:35am once.

This McDonald’s is the cleanest restaurant I have been to in US. Great people working there, and well managed.
Food is your standard McDonald food so nothing out of ordinary.

this review is based strictly on service cause lets be real… its mcdonalds so all the food is the same.
This place cannot seem to get my order right. EVER. From forgetting straws for drinks, sauces for nuggets and forgetting food. Its not like im ordering a ton of food either. Just for myself, my husband and our son.
Just because you are the only fast food/​driver through restaurant in lakeland hills doesnt mean you can provide crappy service. I would rather drive down the hill to downtown auburn or go to bonney lake then go to this mcdonalds. People are rude and your order is never right. The manager really needs to buckle down on the employees there.
