I can see why this one only has 1 ½ stars! My wife and I stopped in for nuggets and fries. Not a difficult order. For 13 minutes we stood in an empty lobby waiting. And then we were told it would be just a few more minutes. The only other people in the lobby I can assume are employees by the way they walked through the kitchen. But they already had their food when we got there. The place was dirty with food on the floor and the staff was busy playing grab ass. The manager didn’t bat an eye when we asked for a refund. Apparently he’s used to this. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this restaurant. But who reads Unilocal for McDonalds reviews? No one!

Terrible place. Avoid this franchise. I ordered a plain sundae that was half full and sweet tea that was plain with the employee trying to make sweet by adding the liquid sweetener which didn’t work.

We arrived at this McDonald’s approximately 7 minutes before closing. They let us sit in the drive-​through, unserviced until midnight and then just came over the loudspeaker and said ‘we’re closed’ and turned the lights off on us and another customer. It would have been one thing if they had just immediately come onto the loudspeaker and told us they were closing. Instead, they just ignored us. I have never had pleasant service here so this was probably my last attempt.

This place is pretty dead every now and then. Also the service there is slow, for example when the drive thru is busy they focus more on that than the inside, which sucks and when the inside is busy that shows down the drive thru. If it does get like that, hire more people it’s not rocket science.

Poor!
Pacific City McDonald’s can’t get your order right and they refuse to fix it when confronted. Is this place a scam?! I ordered and bought food via the drive-​through and brought it home. When I looked in the bag, stuff was missing (not much, but enough to be annoyed). I called and they gave me a line like I’m the idiot and it’s my fault. I asked to talk to a mgr and she said «that’s me.» It wasn’t like i was going to drive back for a cheap a** POS burger, but they could work with you. Don’t Eat There! I know I shouldn’t either, but here is another reason for us all not to.
