Work and design was great. And I commend him on sticking to the estimated price, even though his total cost for the job was higher.
I was only disappointed with the lack of communication. Very knowledgeable staff and boss. I was hoping for quicker responses to questions, but I also realize they have many clients.
As for the communication issue, I asked to take a look at an ornamental grass that they planted to see if it was dying; I did this via pictures and email so they did not need to make a trip out to see. The response took awhile to receive.
I think they do good work and are extremely knowledgeable within their industry. If the communication was more timely, they would be 5 stars for sure. That said, I would definitely recommend them for any job.
