Great soup. The sandwich was not what I ordered ordered a grilled moterella and tomato on panini. Got it on flat bread instead Mac and cheese did not have any flavor

Awesome atmosphere! They’re always so friendly. The food is always good and if they make a mistake they’ll fix it. I have converted so many people to use the panera app. Givem ten minutes (usually less) and it’s ready. Love this place

Very relaxing place to be, hanging out today trying to finish a book. Not once did I feel rushed. Everyone was very friendly, and service was impeccable. My cashier Josh was extremely friendly!

I received a free pastry for my birthday so decided to have lunch as well. I ordered the Chicken Sorrentino which I had previously enjoyed there. I must say today’s lunch was quite a disappointment. 5 of the Ravioli were very hard and were literally inedible. The dish was otherwise very tasty and came out hot. The bed of spinach that it is served on was also nice and fresh. It seems like it may have been overheated in a microwave and it freeze dried some of the ravioli. At least that was the impression I got. I did bring it to their attention and they offered me a different pasta but I had eaten the rest and was no longer hungry. I do however feel that after seeing that at least half of them were not edible that they would have offered me a voucher for either a discount or free meal in the future.
Sorry but today’s meal only rates 2 stars.

Had a great experience! Needed a large order for the office and used the online order for rapid pickup. They were all out of the soup we ordered so when I arrived, and had to wait, they gave beverages and cookies for everyone. Love the fact they made up for an error. food is great and atmosphere is relaxing when dining in.

Great lounge for people likee that travel all the time. Good food. Good coffee. I also like the fact that they dont have a tv so people can get work done. Clean bathrooms and nice outdoor patio where i like to sit in the summer.

Three of us walked in and have to laugh at how Paneras have consistently good food and consistently idiotic people stationed at the cashiers — today was no exception; who trains these people? Who hires these people? Or does the computer system require an advanced degree?! Confusion and re-​ordering went on for minutes, as did us educating the employees on the menu. Oh and we learned about how they didn’t have advertised ingredients… and they screwed up the order In the end. My favorite quote from my mother as we walked away from the counter about the employee at the station, «don’t tell me about your problems»
