DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO HAVE YOUR OIL CHANGED. My daughter is a student at Auburn and came to Pep Boys to have her oil changed and tires checked in November. When she came home for the break I took her car to our mechanic because the oil light was coming on and there were a few other things I wanted them to check. My mechanic told me that whoever had changed had not done it correctly and almost cause the engine to burn up because of what they had done. Additionally they took the spare tire from underneath the car and didn’t put it back… they set in the trunk. This has to be one of poorest excuses for a car repair business that I’ve ever been exposed to. They’re not trustworthy and extremely lazy. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
