Worst cleaners ever, some how I ended up getting yelled at for them ruining my sweater. I will never go back!

One star is too high. The price is not worth the pain. They always yelled at me if there was anything in the pocket. They are just horrible, mean, nasty people. Sure, they are cheap, but you could go somewhere much better for much less hassle. What drew the line for me was when I asked them if I could get my suits done by a certain day and they said they could do it. I went in to pick them up on the decided day well after the discussed time and they only had half my suits. I was leaving town the following day at 3pm and needed those suits with me. They said they could have them done before I left at noon. I came back yet another following day at noon and they had the rest of my suits but did not have one jacket because it was at their facility in Tukwila and they didn’t know if they could clean it because there was a hole. Mind you, I always tell them about the hole and they had cleaned that suit multiple times prior. They told me I could drive the half-​hour-​plus to Tukwila to get it but they were no help as I told them the previous day I had to leave town by 3pm. I shouldn’t have given them anymore chances after that but I did because of the price, and I asked the woman if I could have them done by a certain day and she told me «I can try, but I won’t promise, because last time you acted like a little baby when I promised.» I’m done with these horrible people. They demand to be paid up front and tell you to find a cash machine if you hand them a card. They obviously don’t care enough about the customers or the business to be there, so why should customers care to give them business.

There are better, faster, & cheaper cleaners to go to. They don’t do any of their own cleaning so everything must be sent out which will usually add an extra day or two to the pick up date. They do NOT accept any cards! Cash or check only and you MUST pay upon drop off… the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard from a cleaner that doesn’t take card. I have to have half a dozen shirts & suits a week dry cleaned that I will take somewhere else because the inconvenience, service, and plain annoyance isn’t worth come here.
I could seen the disgust in the employees when they grumbled about the owners requiring all payment upon drop off.

I told the owner I would review her business, and her way of conducting business online — she shrugged her shoulders and showed me the back of her head. So, here goes… They lost, or just decided to keep a shirt of mine. I have a receipt, and a «ticket». Their response is that they are not responsible for items left, lost or damaged. They said I must have picked the item up. I explained that I hadn’t been back since I dropped the item off (paid at drop off) and I thought the «ticket» was required for pickup. I was waiting for customer service to kick in, a resolution, a discussion… something. Instead, she repeated what she said before. They are not «responsible» On this we agree, they are completely irresponsible.

Negative 5 stars. Worst cleaner I have been to. Suit was not ready when it was supposed to. Got the jacket back with new stains. Sent it back in. The 2^nd time the sear sucker jacket came back stained blue with the liner torn out. $ 500 suit destroyed. No apology and the toothless hag running the counter «can’t give refunds» cuz her sister, the manager, won’t allow it.

To determine this rating I broke it down.
Quality/​Price of Svc — 5 stars. They are super reasonable with the price and I was most definately happy with the quality of work. I only have shirts and sweaters/​jackets and there were only two prices. I don’t remember exactly the price break down but overall I paid about 20−25% less at this place.
Customer Service — 3 stars. They are pretty average in the customer service area — they aren’t overly friendly but are definately respectful and prompt. Like the previous reviewer mentioned they only accept cash or checks, it is a bit of an inconvenience for those of us who don’t usually carry cash or a check book –but I think in the end the price compensates for the inconvenience.

Fast and friendly dry cleaning. They also wash and iron when you have items that can not be dry cleaned, and they do alterations. Definitely recommend. Only takes cash or checks, so it would be nice if they would accept credit cards. Flat rate for each item, so they don’t rip off women like a lot of dry cleaners do with higher rates for ladies clothing.
