I received a gift certificate for a 1-​hour massage. I’d not been here or heard of it before, but I’m thoroughly impressed and would absolutely go back. They gave me a form to fill out (basic info), but also asked about tension/​stress/​any medical issues. The girl had definitely read the form before I saw her and she asked if there were any areas to avoid/​focus on. It was totally relaxing and absolutely professional.
PS-​I just got a thank you card from them. Awesome business practice.
