Top of the line! I have 2 units at Rock Creek Self Storage and is always a pleasure being at the facility and working with the managers. Its clean, helpful staff, FREE move-​in truck and they offered me water when I was moving in. Highly recommend… easy access too!

Avoid Pam & Dan Groft (Resident Managers) at all costs. This couple is out of control and should not be working with people. They are extremely unprofessional, rude, and condescending.
In the 15 minutes I first met with Pam Groft she was telling me what I need to make a project in my life and get done, how to properly fold blankets, and how to properly pump gas.
I didn’t get the pleasure of meeting Dan Groft face to face. But as we were unloading our belongings into a sister storage facility the lady that worked there walked up to us seemingly upset and explained that she was just yelled at and that we needed to get the moving truck back immediately. I can only assume this was Dan Groft as Pam explained to us he would be taking over later in the day. She also explained that Dan & Pam apparently had plans. We were a total of an hour late returning the truck and forfeited 100 $ deposit because of it which I am fine with. But we didn’t pay 100 $ to be harassed by Dan Groft, and Pam Groft. Not to mention yelling at the really nice lady that works at the other location, how unprofessional can you get?
The second meeting with Pam she was interrogating me about where I went with the moving truck and I apparently didn’t fold the moving blankets to her superior standard.
I am absolutely disgusted with these people.
I met the owner of this storage facility about a month ago and he’s a really nice guy. So if you don’t think you want to encounter this couple, just do yourself a favor and use one of his other locations. And if they offer you a free moving truck from the auburn location tell them no thanks and go rent yourself a uhaul, it’s just not worth dealing with Dan & Pam.
