not happy with these guys at all… called them to get an HD directv receiver for my son’s room. They said they could get it from he warehouse and i could pick it up in the morning. The next morning they call to tell me they picked up the wrong receiver (got an SD instead of HD), and it would be one more day before i could get the HD receiver. I go in on Saturday to pick it up and they hand me the box and off i go… While I am out running errands, i look in the box and find out its a cinema connection kit — not an HD receiver! So i call the guy, make arrangement to meet him by the freeway (becuase they are closing and i am still running errands). Meet the guy, get the receiver, bring it home to install it and Directv can not see the receiver-​ID or the access card. turns out the retailer didnt switch the order from the SD receiver they first pulled from the warehouse by mistake. Directv had to create the order, then i find out the retailer didnt give me the B-​band accessory i need for this HD receiver to work with my directv dish! Will never use these guys again and sorry i did in the first place… should have just ordered it thru directv — would have been cheaper and done right the first time.
