Save On Cleaners

Nellie was so helpful and kind. I walked in with a polyester dress that I haven’t been able to get wrinkles out of and she took it right there and steamed it for me, free of charge. I will most definitely be using them again!

Very disappointed. I took my four best and most expensive sweaters to be cleaned. I don’t know what they did to them, because they shrank about half a size. They are now too tight in the arms, shorter and tighter all over. They also were wrinkled and looked shabby. I could have done a better job at home.

I have to agree with Brian G., Save On Cleaners No. 8 has excellent customer service. They have been my cleaners for over 2 years and they do a great job. I was recently impressed when I received a call from Nellie because I had a wine stain was very difficult to remove. She personally checked my sweater and gave me a call when the stain was removed. I was very pleased with the way my sweater looked and the polite, friendly service I received from Nellie. Thank you.

Wow!!! A business that really cares about customer service!
I recently moved into the area and was looking for a new dry cleaner. After reviewing the Unilocal on local cleaners I selected Save On Cleaners. What a great local business!
I drove in on I-​80 and easily found the store two blocks off of the freeway. Though I arrived at 8 am and 3 other customers were already in line, I was assisted very quickly (within 2 minutes). I was welcomed and offered a discount as I was a first time customer. The standard pricing is very reasonable, dress shirts with light starch $ 2 and pants $ 3.25. The staff was friendly and store is clean and organized.
Now here is a perfect example of great customer service that is so elusive these days… I got caught in traffic on my way home from work and arrived 10 minutes after they closed at 7pm. The assistant manager was outside locking the doors as I pulled into the parking lot. He motioned me over as he unlocked the door flipped on the lights and invited me in to pick up my garments… After hours!!!
The items where well cleaned, pressed and well presented.
I highly recommend Save On Cleaners. They have earned my repeat business!

This cleaners is great. Awesome prices and excellent work. i was referred to them by my daughter’s choir teacher for their specialty dresses. Easily as good as the cleaners I used to go to in Auburn that charged me about $ 14.00 per item. I’ve been going here for about two years now and have NEVER had anything, but EXCELLENT results. I highly recommend them.

This place is great! They’re always on time, and inexpensive — $ 3.25 for cleaning, $ 2 for laundry.
