We recently purchased four mattresses from the Auburn, California, store. The person helping us – Craig — was very professional (as well as candid) in explaining to us the pro’s and con’s of various alternatives. Highly recommend both Craig and the Auburn store.

Went in to just browse my options. Craig helped me choose a mattress that fit not only my comfort but my pricing limitations as well. He was super informative, knowledgeable and probably the nicest customer service rep I’ve ever met (hard to find). He reassured me that I was not only getting an awesome deal but that I was going to sleep really well (same day delivery)

Sealy mattresses are the worst! We’ve bought one and within a few months we had two one inch dip on reach side of our mattress. We received another bed only to have the same happen again! You may want to buy another brand. Don’t waste your time or money on this crappy mattress.

These guys know customer service! WOW! It was time for a new bed rather desperately so I made a call, and the help I got was amazing. He looked up the bed we’d bought a while back for my mother at another Sleep Train (they were also incredible at that store, which is why I thought I’d try the Auburn store) and since I loved the feel of that mattress, he helped set me up on the phone with the perfect bed! He went out of his way to contact the warehouse and get me the correct mattress as soon as possible, and arranged for a perfect delivery. Friendly, helpful, saved me some money, and just all around terrific. I wouldn’t buy a bed anywhere else now after two great experiences with two different stores in this chain. Great beds, great service. THANK YOU!

My wife and I had a great experience at this store. The staff was very friendly and great about our son and his friend bouncing off the walls within the store. Our sales person Trudy Day was a pleasure. She was very knowledgable, friendly and we felt like she really cared about getting us the right bed for us. She pushed us to try way more beds than we would have and from this felt like it helped us make a better decision. Of course, having the Sleep Train 100 day guarantee is extra peace of mind.
I highly recommend this mattress store if you want friendly, knowledgable assistance without high pressure sales. Thank you very much Trudy!
