Great place to do business with. I’ve had a personal mail box (PMB) for years at the auburn location. The staff is very friendly and they go out of there way to assist you. It’s almost like having a personal assistant.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for this place. The staff members of this facility are always very cordial, respectful, and professional to me. Most of my experiences at this place were with lady named «Judy», an employees of this facility. My sign-up process was with Judy and it was quick and easy. The process itself took less than 10 minutes. Service aside, I am especially fond of the heated storage. Considering the fact that I store most of my electronics this location, it was only appropriate to get heated storage for my needs. I am more than glad that there are storage facilities that offer this option. The only reason this place gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the price. The price for a storage unit isn’t expensive but it isn’t cheap either, it is so-so. Overall I am satisfied with my decision to do business with Stor-More.

There prices are fairly reasonable. We are renting an RV space from them, which isn’t anything spectacular but it does the job and there is a second level of security where only those storing in the space can have direct access.
Entry and exit to the property seems secure and the property is clean! Not sure what more you can expect!
